摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the stopping of a furnace by the growth of aggregate from fluid medium by arranging equipment classifying fluid medium between a fluidized bed furnace and fluid medium storing equipment, or providing the equipment in fluid medium storing equipment. SOLUTION: The quantity of the fluid medium equivalent to the fluid medium inside the furnace is transported from an evacuating pipe line of the fluid medium at the bottom part of a fluidized bed furnace through a transport pipe line 94 to storing equipment 95 provided with the equipment classifying the fluid medium. An inclined screen 51 is arranged to the inside of the storing equipment 95 and the transported fluid medium inside the storing equipment 95 is flowed down on the inclined screen 51. Smaller particles in the fluid medium are dropped to the bottom part of a container 95A though the meshes of the inclined screen 51 while the particles are flowed down. The particles of the size that cannot pass the meshes of the inclined screen 51 flow down on the inclined screen 51 without dropping and are taken out to the outside of the circulating path of the fluid medium through the discharging pipe line 97 of the coarse particles.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclon system capable of enhancing the recovery efficiency of gas. SOLUTION: The second stage cyclones 60-1, 60-n are subjected to cascade connection on the outlet side of the first stage cyclones 30-1, 30-n. A solid component of gas flowing in from inlets 32-1, 30-n, 60-1, 60-n is separated by centrifugal force to be jetted from leg parts 36-1, 36-n, 66-1, 66-n and the gas from which the solid component is removed is taken out of inner cylinders 34-1, 34-n, 64-1, 64-n. The first stage small cyclone 100 introduces the gas jetted from the leg part side of the first stage cyclone from its inlet 102 and the gas from which the solid component is removed is taken out on the side of the inner cylinder 104 to be allowed to meet with the gas taken out on the inner cylinder side of the first stage cyclone to be recovered. The second stage small cyclone 120 is also same. The leg diameter of the cyclones 30-1, 30-n, 60-1, 60-n is made larger than the diameter of the inner cylinder to make the outlet pressure of the leg positive with respect to that of the inner cylinder to the cyclone.

Also, a slit 41 of an annular section being formed between a nozzle chip 4 and the pipe edge member 39 is connected to an air channel 36, a conical angle is set to 75-105 deg., the convergence point of the slit 41 is located at the front end of or in front of the nozzle tip 40, and the diameter of the emission hole of the nozzle chip 40 is set to the same inner diameter of a slurry conduit exit.

The CWP storage tank 121 is provided with an agitation machine 122 where an agitation wing 15 is mounted to a rotary shaft 14 that is installed horizontally in an tank for storing the CWP.
