摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a fuel amount even according to a layer temperature with relativeness between a system for operating the fuel amount based on steam temperature and a system for operating a layer height based on the layer temperature. SOLUTION: The method for controlling a pressurized fluidized-bed composite generating system comprises the steps of generating a fuel amount target value 108 based on a fuel amount set value 106 generated from a functional generator 74, generating a fuel amount command value 110 according to the value 108, operating a coal charging amount in a fuel supply line according to the value 110, and correcting the operating amount according to an output from a controller 72 so that a deviation of the actual steam temperature from the set value becomes zero. Further, the method comprises the steps of correcting a layer height set value generated from a functional generator 96 in response to a deviation of the actual layer temperature from a set value by an adder 94, and operating the layer height based on the corrected layer height command value 116. And, the method also comprises the steps of outputting a signal responsive to a deviation of the actual layer temperature from the set value from a controller 86 to an adder 78 in response to a switching signal 113 from a condition deciding unit 90 to correct the value 110.

摘要： PURPOSE:To early detect a malfunction of a fluidized-bed boiler by detecting the malfunction of the boiler based on physical amounts regarding a state change of gas existing in a space formed by a pressure vessel and the boiler contained in the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A fluidized-bed boiler having a fumace 2 and a particle storage tank 3 is installed in a pressure vessel 1. An upper pert of the furnace 2 is connected to a gas turbine 12. CO2, H2O, NOX, O2 concentrations are continuously analyzed by a gas analyzer 16 from gas bled from the turbine 12 through a bleeding tube 15a. A malfunction is judged from an analysis signal by a malfunction judging unit 17. On the other hand, CO2, SOX, NO2 concentrations are continuously analyzed by the analyzer 16 from gas bled from combustion gas through a bleeding tube 15b. A malfunction is judged from an analysis signal by the unit 17. A temperature measuring unit 18 mounted at a bottom of the vessel 11 continuously sends a signal to the unit 17, which judges the malfunction.

CONSTITUTION:An exhaust combustion gas is generated from a fluidized bed boiler 14. Then, an adjusting valve 4 for feeding NH3 and an adjusting valve 7 for feeding a diluted gas are opened and valves 11 and 13 are closed and a mixed gas of NH3 and air is fed into an exhaust gas duct 20 from an NH3 feeding nozzle 1. In this case, the oxygen concn. of the exhaust gas introduced into feeding pipes 6 and 12 for diluted gas is suppressed at most 5%. It is possible thereby to suppress the formation of NOX caused by oxidation and, to suppress the formation of CO based on a reaction of flying char with oxygen.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a stable time of a plant and keep a stable state when a bed temperature (or a steam temperature) of a pressurized fluidized bed complex power generating system is controlled by handling a bed height. SOLUTION: When a difference value between a bed temperature and a set bed temperature indicated by a deviation signal 5 is within a non-sensitive range, a bed height target value is corrected with a deviation between a measured bed height value 10 and a target bed height value 9 being applied as a biasing signal. The corrected bed height target value 9 becomes equal to a measured bed height value 10, and a bed height deviation 12 becomes zero. In the case tint a difference value between a bed temperature and a set bed temperature value is in a non-sensitive range, i.e., a bed temperature is in a specified temperature range, if the deviation 12 is set to 0, an accidental bed height operation is not carried out even if the bed height measured value is vibrated when the plant is stabilized, resulting in that the stable state of the plant is maintained and further a delay in bed height operation can be prevented and a stabilization of the plant can be made fast.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a higher reliability of a system by a method wherein a means is provided to enable directly monitoring of a component yet to be burned generated in a fluidized bed and the results of the monitoring are fed back to a combustion control to restrain the generation of the component yet to be burned generated at the starting or when a load is changed. SOLUTION: A fluidized bed boiler 2 is provided with an observation window 17 of a dust resisting structure to hold the top surface of a fluidized bed and an objective surface within a fixed range and infrared rays from the top surface of the fluidized bed entering the observation window 17 are taken as heat image by a TV camera 21 through an image fiber 20. An image processor 23 brings in the heat image from the TV camera 21 into a screen converted to the temperature while undergoing a difference processing with the preceeding screen per screen taken to detect a component yet to be burned scattering. A plant controller 25 performs a combustion control of the fluidized bed 8 based on the results of detection from the image processor 23.

As a result, a particle size distribution of the particles to be sent to a fluid medium injection conveying pipe 16 to a combustor 1 from the fluid medium tank 14 is always constant. This enables the keeping of a relationship between the flow rate and inflow time of air 17 for conveying and the conveying quantity of the particles constant thereby stabilizing the conveying quantity of the fluid medium 15.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform the rapid stop of transfer of heat from a fluid medium to a heat transfer pipe during the emergency stop of a boiler. CONSTITUTION:A particle layer 72 containing a fluid medium 70 and particles, such as coal, is formed in a burner 12 and a heat transfer pipe 74 is arranged in the particle layer 72. The heat transfer pipe 74 is connected to a steam turbine 78 through a pipe 76 and steam is circulated through the heat transfer pipe 74. Coal and lime stone are fed to the particle layer 72 from a mixer 56, air is fed from an air feed valve 32, a fluidized bed consists of the particle layer 72, and the fluidized bed is burnt to heat the heat transfer pipe 74. When the steam turbine 78 is brought into an emergency stop, the feed of coal and air to the burner 12 is stopped, and in a state that the fluidizing medium 70 of the fluidized bed forms a fixed layer, the fluidizing medium is pulled out to a tank 14. Thus, a factor of heat transfer between the fluidizing medium and a heat transfer pipe can be suppressed to a low value, and overheating and the damage of the heat transfer pipe are prevented from occurring.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable SOx and NOx to be reduced at a starting time of operation of the pressurized fluidized bed type boiler by a method wherein both a temperature of the fluidized bed and its height are increased up to those of a normal operation state while fuel (new fuel) substantially not containing a nitrogen compound and a sulfur compound is being supplied when the boiler is started to be energized and then the new fuel is changed over to fossil fuel. CONSTITUTION:A feeding amount of air is increased while a combustion from an air-heating furnace 13 is being continued at the time when a temperature of a fluidized bed filled with lime stone is regulated. Concurrently, new fuel (for example, active carbon or the like) for use in energizing the operation is supplied from a new fuel supplying port connected to the fluidized bed on a dispersion plate 12, and a temperature of the fluidized bed is increased up to about 800 to 900 deg.C. Lime stone is fed into the fluidized bed as required and a thickness of the fluidized bed is increased up to a predetermined bed height. As the height of the fluidized bed is increased, a supplying amount of new fuel and air is increased and a concentration of oxygen in discharged gas is kept at 3.6% with a temperature of the fluidized bed being about 800 deg.C to 900 deg.C. After this operation, the new fuel can be changed to the fuel (for example, coal) under a normal operation. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to reduce SOx and NOx at the time of starting energization of the boiler.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectually reduce NOx produced when a plurality of auxiliary combustors are operated upon starting a pressure fluidized bed composite power generating system(PFBC). SOLUTION: A first auxiliary combustor 2 is disposed on a duct serving to supply combustion air to a fluidized bed boiler 12 for preheating a flow medium, and an NH3 injection nozzle 1 is installed at an outlet of the first auxiliary combustor. A second auxiliary combustor 19 is installed at a gas turbine inlet disposed backward the fluidized bed boiler 12, and an NH3 injection nozzle 18 is installed at an outlet of the second auxiliary combustor. To a waste gas flow passage 46 connecting between the gas turbine outlet and a catalytic denitration apparatus installed backward the gas turbine outlet high temperature combustion gas is introduced from third auxiliary combustor 21, and an NH3 injection nozzle 20 is installed at an outlet of the third auxiliary combustor 21. When the auxiliary combustors 2, 19, 21 are operated upon starting, NH3 is introduced from the NH3 infection nozzles 1, 18, 20 disposed at the operating auxiliary combustor outlets to reduce NOx.
