The airtight lip 65 is composed of an outer peripheral side lip 65a with respect to the inner diameter 66 of the tubular body 30 and an inner peripheral side lip 65b with resect to the outer periphery 67 of the first connecting part 34.

Then, reverse stitching is executed from the both ends of the sewing surface till the prescribed position 1702 and a projection 1603 is formed over the whole area in the width direction of the blade 1601 in the front and rear parts of the sewing part of the thread 1701. The projection 1603 prevents the thread 1701 projecting on the outer peripheral surface of the blade 1601 from coming into contact with the surface to be cleaned so that the thread 1701 is protected since the surface to be cleaned comes into contact with the projection 1603 even at the time of the contact of the blade 1601 with the surface to be cleaned by the rotation of the rotary brush.
