摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of a door itself, to improve the operability of the opening/ closing of the door and simplify a supporting hinge, and to reduce the cost of a refrigerator by a method wherein heat insulating material is arranged in the front door through a spacer member and the heat insulating material is pinched between the spacer member and the inner plate of the door through a peripheral rim member while the front door is constituted integrally with the door of the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:Heat insulating material 11 is provided in a front door 2 and a peripheral rim member 12, provided with a seal member inserting groove 12b and a door inner plate mounting part 12a at one end thereof and having the shape of Z substantially, is surrounded around the heat insulating material 11 while a door mounting part 12c, provided at the other end of the same, is fixed to the inside of the front door 2. Further, the inner plate 13 of the door is attached to the door inner plate mounting part 12d of the peripheral rim member 12 so as to pinch the front door 2 and the heat insulating material 11. A seal member 14 is mounted in the seal member inserting groove 12b to constitute the front door 2 integrated with the door of a refrigerator, contacted closely with the main body of the refrigerator through the seal member 14 and intercepting the inside of the refrigerator from the outside of the same. A spacer member 15 is attached between the front door 2 and the heat insulating material 11 as a moisture absorption preventing member to prevent the absorption of moisture.
