摘要： PURPOSE: To secure calculations and to shorten the start-up time at the time of alterations of a programmable controller(PC) by comparing a current consumption value with the maximum current supply capacity of a power source module and performing control, and driving an external load through an output module. CONSTITUTION: A current sensor 8 is built in a CPU module 2. In this case, the current supply path from the power source module 1 is led into a base 13 temporarily and then led into the current sensor 8 in the CPU module. This current sensor 8 sends a measured current value to the CPU module 2 and the CPU module 2 reads a supply current value from the power source module 1 and opens the read data area to users, thus constituting a user program. The control is performed by comparing the current consumption value with the maximum supply current capacity of the power source module 2 and the external load is driven through the output module.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce a rising time from the application of power till the drive of a programmable controller(PC) while keeping the reliability by skipping a grammatical check of a sequence program when a flag is monitored and the controller is discriminated normal. CONSTITUTION: The grammatical check is conducted by monitoring a grammatical check result flag 15 and decide whether or not a flag value provided in a user memory 16 is '1' (step 9). In the case of the flag set to 1, the drive of the programmable controller(PC) is started without succeeding processing. In the case of the flag set to 0, grammatical check is made to each instruction and whether or not the check result denotes an error is decided (step 11), and when any error is in existence, the routine proceeds to the error processing (step 12). When no error is in existence, the succeeding step 14 is proceeded and the grammatical check result flag 15 is set to '1' and the drive of the PC is started. Thus, the grammatical check from succeeding starts is only check of the flag in place of the grammatical check of each instruction and then the succeeding start of the PC is reduced.
