摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate switching to maintenance running for maintenance and inspection without getting on a car by installing a maintenance running changeover switch used for maintenance and inspection in an elevator landing side. SOLUTION: A maintenance running changeover switch 21 is provided in a part of entrance/exit frame 4 having a landing button 11 to be installed in a signal connection box or a part thereof provided in the backside of the entrance/exit frame 4. The maintenance running changeover switch 21 is connected to an elevator controller via a cable equipped with a connector and covered with a landing button cover 6 from a landing side. The landing button cover 6 is removed from the landing side and, when the maintenance running changeover switch 21 is operated to switch to maintenance running, the operation is performed by removing the landing button cover 6 from the landing side. Thus, switching is made from the landing side to maintenance running by avoiding a maintenance engineer from getting on the car for maintenance and inspection.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily and accurately detect the unequal settlement when a man- conveyor main body causes the unequal settlement by ground subsidence. CONSTITUTION:In a frame 1, both ends are supported by building side both end supporting parts 2, 3, and an intermediate part is supported by a building side intermediate part supporting part 4. A piano wire 6 is stretched on the side surface of the frame 1, and this piano wire 6 is fixed to the frame 1 by stretching points 7, 8 on both ends of the frame. Moreover, a mark 9 is formed in the upper part position of the building side intermediate part supporting part 4 on the side surface of the frame 1. This mark 9 is positioned upper than the piano wire 6 when the building side intermediate part supporting part 4 does not subside, however, the mark 9 is moved downward by H2 and displaced to the position of 9A when the frame 1, is made flex to the position shown by a two-dot long and two-dot short dashes line after the building side intermediate part supporting part 4 subsides by H1. The flexure of the frame 1 can be detected confirming this displacement by eyes.

After mounting the wheelchair, a wheel stopping footstep 35 is turned in a direction C to stop a rear wheel 4.

In the pin 4a, knurling work is applied to a part corresponding to a burying part, and machine work is performed into a protruded shape in a part pressed into a hole of the cage frame 5. On the other hand, a hole 5a for fitting the pin 4a is formed in the cage frame 5, and also mounting a soft plastic-made sleeve 5b for serving as a cushion in the periphery of this hole. Thus, by fitting the pin 4a to the sleeve 5b of the cage frame 5, the side plate 4 can be easily fixed to the cage frame 5.
