    • PURPOSE:To prevent a child from going to a rooftop alone when the uppermost floor is the rooftop floor and secure safety by connecting a selector switch in series to the destination floor button circuit of a specific floor in the car of an elevator for an individual house. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a four-storied building, a selector switch A is provided on the destination floor button of the rooftop floor in the destination floor buttons 1-R of the first floor through the rooftop floor. When the selector switch A is set to the stop position, the destination floor button R of the rooftop floor is disabled even if it is pushed. When the selector switch A is set to the operation position, the destination floor button R of the rooftop floor is enabled, and the operation to the rooftop floor is allowed. The switching of the floor operation can be made in a car to prevent a child from going to the rooftop floor (uppermost floor) alone, the operability is improved, and the safety is secured.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a position detector under the inclusion of a one having b- contact function, reduce cost and improve case of handling by providing the contact of a reed switch between the gate and cathode of a thyristor, and forming a circuit for conducting the thyristor when the contact of the reed switch is closed. SOLUTION: A partial voltage resistor R1 and diodes D1, D2 are serially connected between the anode and gate of a thyristor SCR1 on a base, and a resistor R2 is connected between the gate and cathode of the thyristor SCR1. A reed switch 1 is connected between the resistor R1 and the cathode of the thyristor SCR1 or the like through a lead wire, whereby a position-detecting circuit A is formed. Since the reed switch is opened when a shielding plate is bitten into, the current is carried to a terminal 5 → the resistor R1 → the diodes D1, D2 → the gate of the thyristor SCR1, the thyristor SCR1 is turned ON, and a relay RY1 is turned ON last. Therefore, since the relay of a load is turned ON in the operation of the position detector, a-contact function can be provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the hoistway flat space of an elevator by fixing members attached to the ends of left and right steel tower horizontal girders to the building structure of a deep direction disposed to face the same at right angles. SOLUTION: A horizontal girder 10 is connected to a steel tower pillar 3. A member 26 is formed in an L shape, its vertical surface is fixed to the horizontal girder 10 by a bolt, a fixing hole is formed to be a long hole 26a to be adjusted in a front/rear direction and the other vertical surface is fixed to a large beam 23 under each floor of the building of a deep direction. By fixing a steel tower to the large beam 23 of the building structure of a deep direction via the L-shaped member 26, twisting is prevented during assembling of the steep tower and the horizontal girder of the steel tower is made unnecessary. Thus, space is conserved for an elevator hoistway, the degree of freedom is increased and an efficient building is provided.
