    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an operation load on a driver by automating a restoring operation from manual control to automatic control when the abnormality of deflection largeness is generated between duplex process signals. SOLUTION: When the generation of deflection largeness between duplex process signals 1 and 2 is diagnosed by a monitor relay 5, an FF11a is set and an FF21 is reset according to a deflection largeness signal 18 so that switching to manual control can be automatically attained. Afterwards, when a normal system is selected by a normal system selecting circuit (FF 9a) while the deflection largeness is generated, a normal side process signal is selected by a bumpless switcher 6. Then, this normal side process signal is detected by a switching detecting circuit 18a, and a signal 20a is turned on in a condition that the deflection largeness is generated, and the following operation of abnormality diagnose exclusion 10a and deflection largeness signal reset 11a are automatically executed. At the same time, selection signal switching completion 22 is detected. Then, the FF21 is set according to an automatic restoration command 23 so that the manual control can be automatically switched to automatic control.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a shaft output command when a combustor is switched, and improve load operability as a combined power generation plant by substantially expanding it to an allowable rate of change set in a change rate restricting unit of the shaft output command in a serial load system. SOLUTION: A difference σ between a serial output command A and output A' of a change rate restricting unit 101 is found by a subtracter 201. Output σof its subtracter 201 is inputted to a function generator 202, and when an absolute value of input is larger than a preset certain specific value, a first value is operated as output α, and when an absolute value of the input is smaller than its specific value, a second value smaller than the first value is operated on the basis of respectively selected functions. Deviation C5 being output of a subtracter 102 and output α of the function generator 202 are inputted to a multiplier 203, and a multipled result α.σ of both inputs is outputted to a proportional integrator 103. Its α.σ is processed by the proportional integrator 103, and a shaft output command D is outputted to a load control circuit.
