摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a turn-around time, to simplify a data distribution instruction and to easily control the generation of a data base by providing a data base server with a data distribution control table. CONSTITUTION:At the time of starting the subject system, an objective table based upon the information of a data distribution control table 30 included in a server 11 is copied from the data base server 11 to respective data base clients 15. Respective clients 15 utilize local data bases 16 based upon respective requested retrieving conditions. In the case of changing necessary parts or the number of parts due to the change of design or changing a storage position, a section data base 12 in the server 11 is updated, simultaneously the back-up of the table 30 is executed by back up data bases 14 and data are redistributed to respective clients 15. Consequently, simultaneously the turn around time can be improved, the data distribution instruction can be simplified and the generation control of the data base can easily be executed.
