    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical care system which reduces an exposure dose to a physician in an interview after taking a photograph using a radiopharmaceutical. SOLUTION: The medical care system comprises a medical care server 1 which stores medical care data showing inspection results of imaging using the radioactive medicament and a medical care client 10 which acquires the medical care data from the medical care server 1 to present them. The medical care client 10 has a monitor for indicating the medical care data and a microphone which collects the voice of the physician or a subject. Thereby, the physician can reduce the exposure dose to the physician since it is not necessary to have an interview in the close vicinity to the subject.     • PURPOSE:To enable a pre-ionization device to emit stronger X-rays by a method wherein an electron beam extracting electrode is provided onto a plane parallel to a plane which is formed by the tips of edges of a cathode. CONSTITUTION:A high-voltage pulse is applied to a cathode 1 from a power supply 9 through a feeder line 14a. A beam extracting electrode 3 is set at a certain voltage, and the dose of a laser discharge region by a single pulse is measured by an X-ray dosimeter 7, if the dose is short, the electrode 3 is increased in voltage, and if the dose is over, the electrode 3 is decreased in voltage, whereby a voltage between the extraction electrode 3 and the cathode 1 is adjusted. When an electrical pulse is applied to the cathode 1, electrons emitted from the tips of the edges are made to collide against an anode passing through a through-window of the extraction electrode 3 to emit braking radiation. By this setup, X-rays can be enhanced in dose. The tips of the cathode 1 are parallel with an electron beam extraction electrode, whereby electron beams are uniformly emitted from the tips. On the other hand, capacitors 10 inside a vacuum chamber 4 are made to serve to temporarily store the energy of a voltage pulse supplied from a power supply 9. By this setup, energy can be easily transferred from the power supply 9 to an electron beam.

      SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging apparatus includes an oblong or oval winding frame 4a where the coils 2a, 3a are wound, two connecting columns 5 provided between two separated points on a major axis in the winding frame 4a, and ribs 12, 13 provided on the winding frame 4a in a direction parallel with a straight line passing between the connecting columns. The coils 2a, 3a and the winding frame 4a are formed in the shape of a racetrack including a straight line part 17 in the plane view. The ribs 12, 13 are provided on the straight line part 17 of the winding frame 4a, and the ribs 12, 13 each keep a length longer than the straight line part 17.
