摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a turbine structure to be exchanged before breakdown by diagnosing its remaining life accurately. CONSTITUTION:The correlation relationship between the magnetic AE characteristic value and the degree of creep damage by previously performing a creep test with a same material test piece as that of a turbine structure which is manufactured by a magnetic metal, thus obtaining the magnetic AE characteristic value of the turbine structure to be measured. The degree of creep damage is obtained from the magnetic AE characteristic value and the correlation relationship and the remaining life of the turbine structure to be measured is diagnosed from the degree of creep damage. With the correlation relationship between the magnetic AE characteristic value and the degree of creep damage. the change in the magnetic AE characteristic value increases as the degree of creep damage to be measured approaches '1' indicating rupture, thus predicting the remaining life at the latter period of the life accurately.

摘要： PURPOSE:To construct an abnormality diagnosing algorithm for performing the highly accurate diagnosis by operating the specified value for the normal average value again as the virtual measured value of each measured value of a normal product when the average value of the amounts of deviations of the normal product is lower than a reference value, and forcibly making the computed value of the amount of deviation zero when the individual measured value is smaller with respect to the average value of the normal product. CONSTITUTION:Analysis objects 10 are classfied into the objects having the normal property and the objects having the abnormal property. Values with regard to various kinds of diagnostic parameters are detected with a detector 12. The output signal of the detector 12 is sent into a computor 18 through an amplifier 14 and an A/D converter 16. In the computor 18, the values with regard to a plurality of the diagnostic parameters undergo statistic processing based on the detected signal of the detector 12, and the diagnostic level is determined based on the result of the processing. When an algorithm for discriminating the normal and abnormal products is constructed, the specified value with respect to the average value of the normal product is operated again as the virtual measured value of each measured value of the normal product, when the average value of the amounts of deviations of the products of the normal group is less than a reference value. The computed value of the amount of deviation is forcibly made to be zero when the individual value is smaller with respect to the average value of the normal product.

摘要： PURPOSE:To speedily calibrate sensitivity by generating an AE (acoustic emission) signal of the same level artificially in a propagation medium and checking the level of the dummy AE signal by an AE sensor for sensitivity calibration. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse signal is inputted from a pulse generating circuit 1 to a dummy AE sensor 2, the sensor 2 sends the dummy AE signal into the AE signal propagation medium 3. Then the dummy AE signal is received by the AE sensor 4 for sensitivity calibration, amplified by an amplifier 5, and inputted to an AE signal level detecting circuit 6. Then the amplifier output waveform is detected by a detecting circuit 6a and converted by a rectifying circuit 6b into a DC voltage, which is inputted to an AE signal level display part 7. Then the display part 7 commands an LED bar graph 7b to make a display corresponding to the level of the DC voltage outputted by the circuit 6b. Therefore, an operator looks at the AE signal level displayed on the graph 7b to speedily know a sensitivity decrease, etc., due to the wire breaking or deterioration of the AE sensor.

In the case of a caution signal of damage to a radial face, lubricating oil is cooled by actuation of an oil cooler 14 and in the case of a caution signal of thrust contact, a bearing distance is adjusted through a hydraulic controller 15, and in the case of a caution signal of rubbing, a dewatering wiper gap is adjusted through a regulator 17. Thus, the mill is prevented from accidents without stopping operation and performs efficient operations.

The rate of change of the maximum crest value of the acoustic signal corresponding to the value of a gate trigger current I0 which is inputted at the same time is measured, and when the value of its rate of change exceeds a set value, it is decided that the thyristor 1 is faulty and a signal for operating an alarm 11 is outputted.

Here a longitudinal elastic wave is utilized to improve the input accuracy. A liquid crystal display part 10 provided right under the plate 1 is driven by the (x) and (y) coordinate signals. Thus the input of coordinates is possible while the characters written by the pen 3 are confirmed successively with the display at the part 10. Thus, it is possible to obtain a coordinate input device with a unified display surface with high accuracy.
