    • PURPOSE:To save the labor of the whole of a device, and to control pressure at a constant value without interfering the control of a different type compressor with each other in the control of the number of combination of turbo compressor and screw compressor. CONSTITUTION:Turbo compressors 10, 20 to be controlled at a constant wind pressure, screw/reciprocating compressors 30, 40 to be controlled by switching load/unload, a receiver tank 2 for storing the compressed air, and a pressure sensor 3 for detecting the internal pressure of the tank are combined. The turbo compressors 10, 20 and the screw/reciprocating compressors 30, 40 are switched for control by a number control board 1 so that they are not interfered with each other to enable the selection of a minimum number of compressor. A compressor equipment to be controlled at a constant pressure value, in which labor is saved in the whole thereof, is thereby realized. Simultaneously, the capacity of a receiver tank 2 is reduced to downsize the whole of a device by controlling the turbo compressors at a constant wind pressure for starting and stop, and the efficient operation without generating a loss due to the blow- off is enabled by restricting the switching of load/unload.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a wide operation range and high operating efficiency by arranging vane units with vanes different in chord length on the inner periphery side of resting vanes arranged in a diffuser so that each vane can be projected into a diffuser flow passage selectively for operating flow. CONSTITUTION:In a centrifugal compressor, a flow 2 compressed by an impeller 1 enters into a diffuser 4 encircled by a casing 3, where kinetic energy possessed by the flow 2 is converted into pressure. In this case, several vane units 5 movable toward the rotational axis of the impeller 1 and several resting vanes 6 are arranged. The vane units 5 with short-chord vanes 5a and long-chord vanes 5b integrated are arranged on an annular plate 8 so as to rise on and set in a diffuser passage through the operation of an actuator 7. The vanes 5a are projected into the diffuser passage in the state that the compressor has a large operating flow while the vanes 5b are projected in the state that it has a small operating flow, to provide high efficiency within a white operation range.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting and demounting of a rotating member on a shaft so as to maintain the accuracy of coaxial condition by engaging the rotating member with the shaft after inserting an end of the shaft into the rotating member, fitting the end of the shaft to a side of the rotating member, and fixing the shaft and the rotating member coaxially by means of nut threadedly fitted to the shaft. CONSTITUTION:In fastening an impeller 7 to a pinion shaft 4, into an insertion hole of the impeller 7, a threaded shaft 43 side for centering of the pinion shaft 4 is inserted from the side of gear part 71. Into an engaging hole 73 of the insertion hole 72 the pinion shaft 4 is fitted to allow a gear part 71 of the impeller 7 and a gear part of the pinion shaft 4 to mesh with each other. Next, an impeller nut 8 is threaded to the threaded shaft 43 and the impeller 7 is fastened to the pinion shaft 4, thereby maintaining the coaxial accuracy of the pinion shaft 4 and the impeller 7. In demounting the impeller 7 from the pinion shaft 4, the impeller nut 8 is loosened and thereby it is removed, and then releasing the meshing condition of the gears 71, 41. It is thus possible to carry out the mounting and demounting.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate dust stuck on an impeller without stopping operation of a rotary machine by providing a washing liquid injection nozzle on the intake side of the impeller, and setting, a drain separator for taking in a mixture including the dusts and the washing liquid on the discharging side of the impeller. CONSTITUTION:When a two shaft four step type isothermal compressor is operated, the vibration amount of a rotor 5 by which first and second step impellers 1, 2 are connected to each other, is monitored by a shaft vibration meter 27. When the vibration amount of the rotor 5 exceeds a set value, solenoid valves 22, 24 are opened by a controller 28, and washing liquid supplied from a wash supplying line 21 is injected from the intake side of air toward the first step impeller 1 by an injection nozzle 20 so as to eliminate dust stuck on the impeller 1. The dust is mixed into mist of the washing liquid and compressed air, and supplied to an intercooler 13. The dust collides with a blade fin shaped nest and a collide type separator inside thereof, to be stuck thereon and then corrected. On the other hand, the washing liquid is recovered on the bottom part in the intercooler 13 and reused.
