    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure an extending amount without removing a wire rope from a hoist body by using an initially detected rotation angle detected at a prescribed height position of a hook block as a reference value, and calculating the extending amount of the wire rope by comparing the reference value and a subsequent detected rotation angle in a comparing calculating portion. SOLUTION: A rotation angle of a motor 1 is detected by a rotation angle detector 4, and the detected rotation angle is calculated by a comparing calculating portion 9. A detection signal of a limit mechanism 10 or a position detecting sensor that indicates that a hook block 6 reaches a defined prescribed height position is taken into the comparing calculating portion 9, and the detected rotation angle at the prescribed height position of the hook block 6 is specified. An initially detected rotation angle detected at the prescribed height position of the hook block 6 is stored as a reference value on a storage portion of the comparing calculating portion 9, the reference value and a subsequent detected rotation angle value are compared in the comparing calculating portion 9. Thus, an extending amount of a wire rope can be calculated without removing the wire rope from a winding drum.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability and operatability in the transgressing and travelling limit operation, by connecting the inputs of the limit switches in parallel in a zonal direction and a meridional direction to input the same to a hoist controller, and inputting the recognition of direction from a push- button. SOLUTION: In a case when an east input and a zonal high speed input of a push-button 1 is input to a hoist controller 2, a controller instructs the east high speed to an inverter for transversing 3. The power is supplied to the invertor for transversing 3, and a motor 4, and the invertor hoist 11 is moved in an east direction at a high speed. In a case when the inverter hoist 11 reaches an operating area of a transversing limit switch 5, the switch 5 is operated to be input to the hoist controller 2, so that the safety in operation can be achieved. The controller 1 recognizes the east input from the push-button 1, and the operation of the transversing limit switch 5, follows through the east high-spped operation instruction to the inverter 3, and stops the east high- speed operation, or instructs the east low-speed operation, so that the operatability is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain the cushion start and cushion stop functions in association with the shockless function for a carried object at the time of accelerating and decelerating by stopping automatically the object in the sensing position with a deceleration pattern on the basis of the wind-up and wind-down speeds without taking the coasting distance inherent in the inverter type hoist into consideration. CONSTITUTION:A speed calculation part 6 and a deceleration pattern calculation part 4 are previously provided for an object sensing position. The pattern calculation part 4 receives the rotating speed from the speed calculation part 6, manipulates the sum of the received speed value and the coasting distance from the inverter 19 output being shut to the object stopping, and determines the deceleration pattern in which the obtained value corresponds to the sensing position. A wind-up command is again given from a deceleration pattern correction calculating part 5 to an inverter control part 2 so that the inverter device 19 is operated, and the wind-up command is shut at a speed corresponding to the deceleration pattern, and the operation is stopped automatically when the allowable range of the object sensing position is reached. This achieves precision control of the object position.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the detection of overload by setting an inverter at an output voltage with which only the torque less than a rated value is outputted with the low speed frequency and compulsorily operating the inverter at a low speed for a prescribed time in hoisting operation and detecting the existence of the revolution of an electric motor during this time. CONSTITUTION:Operation instruction is carried out by a two-stage motion type pushing button switch, and a slow speed pushing button switch is set ON at all times in the aspect of structure. The instruction is inputted in the form of the slow speed instruction and high speed instruction to an inverter through a control part. The inverter starts the frequency output by the instruction. Acceleration at a breath to a high speed is not carried out even for a high speed instruction, and the operation with a low speed set frequency is carried out for a prescribed time. When the revolution of an electric motor is detected during this time, the rated load or less is judged in case of revolution, while overload is judged in case of standstill. Accordingly, the function of the inverter can be utilized without adding special devices, and the detection of overload can be executed at a low cost.

    • PURPOSE:To relieve shock to an object to be lifted and its swing likely when a winch stops to a great extent by controlling the brake on the basis of a frequency attainment signal to be emitted when the frequency given out of an inverter exceeds a specified level. CONSTITUTION:When a push button PB is returned from the second to first step in the process to attain deceleration and stop, a control H1 is opened, and an inverter begins deceleration toward the frequency of low speed operation, to reach then the frequency of low speed operation. If the push button PB is restituted from the first step, a contact L1 opens to bring about start of deceleration toward the stop. At passage of the frequency at which a frequency attainment signal AR signal set for controlling the brake Br is given, the frequency attainment signal AR signal retained till the time will be interrupted, and a contact AY1 be opened to commence application of the brake Br.
