摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the independent execution of a cleaning operation and solidification treatment operation by providing a powder transfer machine between a dry powdering device and solidifying device and preventing the leakage of cleaning water to the solidifying device side at the time of cleaning the dry powdering device. CONSTITUTION:A waste liquid is supplied by a waste liquid supplying tank 6, a circulation pump 10 and a waste liquid supplying device 7 to a drying machine 1. Evaporated steam is guided through a mist separator 8, a condenser 9, etc. to the waste liquid treatment system. The powder formed in the drying machine 1 is transferred to a hopper 2. The cleaning water is made suppliable through cleaning water supplying valves 25 and 14. The powder transfer device having an upward grade with respect to the transfer direction is provided under a hopper 2 and the cleaning water is recovered by the pressurizing force from the dry pressurized air supplying device 2 and the gravity into a cleaning liquid feed water tank 5 provided to a low point part, by which the leakage of the water to the solidifying device 4 side is prevented.
