    • PURPOSE: To reduce the manufacturing cost and man-hours for fitting into the apparatus by forming plural V-rings from a sheet of material, and providing notches by punching etc. instead of slits.
      CONSTITUTION: V-rings are manufactured in one body, and slits are provided by boring small holes with punching etc. Namely, the symbol 11 shows a group of plural V-ring having V-shaped cross section which is manufactured in one body, and the symbol 12 shows so-called slits which are small clearances for dispersing and collecting the liquid. And the groups of V-rings 11 are provided to a centrifugal extracting machine provided with a revolving body 4 to separate and extract between a heavy and a light liquid by centrifugal force. In this way, the V-rings are manufactured and finished with high precision, and the cost of the V-rings proper and the man-hours for fitting can easily be reduced.

In the lamp, the diameter (FD1) of a tungsten strand is adjusted to 70.4mum, the ratio of the diameter (MD2) of the secondary winding core to the outer diameter of the primary winding is adjusted to 3.5-5.0 and the pitch (P1) of the primary winding is adjusted to 0.15mm.. When the outer diameter of the tube of the lamp is supporsed to be D and the pitch of the secondary winding is supporsed to be P2, several factors of the filament are selected in such a manner as to satisfy the formula P2

    • PURPOSE:The apparatus which is capable of maintaining extraction efficiency at high performance without hindrance of the flows of heavy liquid and light liquid by providing a plurality of partition discs by leaving a suitable spacing in the axial direction within a rotator and providing liquid conduit paths within these partition discs. CONSTITUTION:Side plates 2 and a rotator 3 rotate together with a revolving shaft 1. Light liquid lead-in paths 5, heavy liquid lead-in paths 4 and heavy liquid lead-out paths 6 are provided radially within the partition discs 8 which are fixed in a plurality by leaving a suitable spacing in the axial direction. Light liquid lead-out paths 7 are provided to the revolving shaft 1. The heavy liquid are led to the central part in the rotator 3 through 3 through the heavy liquid lead-in paths 4 in the partition discs 8 via path 10 and the light liquid is led to the peripheral part in the rotator 3 from the light-liquid lead-in paths 5 via the path 11. The heavy liquid moves to the peripheral part and the light liquid to the central part by centrifugal force owing to the differences in specific gravities. At this time, the light liquid and heavy liquid make counter-current contact, thereby inducing extraction. The heavy liquid is led out from the heavy-liquid lead-out paths 6 to the outside of the system through path 12 and the light liquid to the outside of the system through light liquid lead-out paths 7.
