The lifter 20 includes a cart 21 which runs on the rail 10, a loading platform 22 which is ascendable/descendable on the cart 21 and has the opening part 22a, and a shoot 23 arranged from the opening part 22a of the loading platform 22 to the side edge of the cart 21.

Both ends of a single scraping rope 42 engaged with the first/second rope sheaves 24, 26 are wound by a winding drum 40. Both ends of a single return rope 56 engaged with the third/fourth rope sheaves 30, 32 are wound to the winding drum 40. In this way, since uniform tensile force is always given to the right/left of the rake plate 20, the running carriage is prevented from easily obliquely running.
