摘要： PURPOSE:To secure the safety of a human body and prevent the breakage of articles by installing the upper and lower flexible stripe bodies for driving a door and installing an overload detecting mechanism connected with one door and reversing the door when an abnormal load acts onto the door, in a center-opened type door in belt drive system. CONSTITUTION:The first flexible stripe body (rope) 29 which is connected with the both center-opened doors 1 and 2 and drives them is installed onto a suspended frame 7, and the second flexible stripe body (belt) 13 which is connected with one arbitrary door 1, 2 and transmits the driving power supplied from a prime mover is installed in the upper part of the first flexible body 19. Further, an overload detecting mechanism 15 is installed at one point on the lower side of the second flexible stripe body 13. In this constitution, even if the overload acts onto the door in the opening/closing direction, the overload is transmitted to the overload detecting mechanism 15 connected with the second flexible stripe body 13, and a reversal circuit is formed by operating a detection switch, and the doors 1 and 2 are reversed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a door device for a lift with high designing performance by furnishing a drive device to push out a door contact side door by its closed end toward the entrance with possibility of drawing back toward the cage. CONSTITUTION:In case door is opened, a door contact side door 2 is drawn back by a drive device 10 toward a cage 6, and doors 7, 8 of the cage 6 are driven left by a door opening/closing device. When door is to be closed, the door opening/closing device drives the door contact side door 2 with the drive device 10 together with the door 7 of the cage 6, and the door is shut to the position shown by a dot-and-dash line in the illustration. Then the drive device 10 and a guide device push out the door contact side door 2 toward the entrance, and the two doors 2, 3 are made flush in the same manner as in two-door opening system. This enhances designing performance in closed condition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the surface strain on a designed surface by absorbing the dimension variation of each member by a deformable slit part by joining a door panel and the upper and lower reinforcing members by forming each slit on the panel side at the position where the both are lapped. CONSTITUTION:As to a door 1, the upper and lower reinforcing members (upper and lower attached metal sheets) 3 and 4 are attached onto a panel 2 in which the both edge parts in the longitudinal direction are bent in U-shaped sectional surface on the reverse surface side, and a slit 6 is formed on the panel side at the position where the door panel 2 and the upper and lower reinforcing members 3 and 4 are lapped. The upper and lower side reinforcing members 3 and 4 are mechanically joined with the part (slit part) 6 which can be easily deformed partially, and the dimension variation which is generated by the dimension tolerance of each member and the shrinkage of adhesive can be absorbed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent working strain in the artistically designed surface of a door to improve the productivity by joining upper and lower reinforcing plates on a panel bent into a channel-shape with adhesive in a door construction of an elevator requiring an artistic design. CONSTITUTION:In a panel 2 in which an artistic design is one of the main constituents in a door 1 of an elevator, both end edge parts are bent to the rear to form a cross-section of channel shape. An upper plate 3 for reinforcing the panel 2 and fixing a door hanger, and a lower plate 4 for fixing a guide shoe guiding the door 1 along a door sill groove are fixed on the panel with adhesive. On the bent part of the panel 2, a channel-shaped slit part 6 is pro vided at a position corresponding to a hole 5 of the upper plate 3. The slit part 6 is bent to lap over the hole 5 of the upper plate 3 and engage the upper plate 3 with the panel 2. The lower plate 4 and the panel 2 are constructed by the same procedure. The panel 2, the upper plate 3, and the lower plate 4 thus prevent the breakup of the door due to high temperatures produced by fire, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A motor 14 is secured to the very rigid vertical surface part 9b of a horizontal upper frame body 9 via a motor base 16 of great rigidity which is made of a thick plate. Therefore, the vibration-absorbing effect of vibrationproof rubber 15 inserted between the motor 14 and the motor base 16 becomes great. Since the vibration of the motor 14 is not transmitted to the horizontal upper frame body 9, noises caused by the resonance of the horizontal upper frame body 9 can be reduced significantly whereby silent door opening/ closing performance can be obtained.
