    • PURPOSE:To facilitate an operation for insertion of a wire by a method wherein a jig for the insertion of a printing wire, which is made up a low-melting material, is employed for inserting the printing wire between the guide holes of guide plates, and the jig is removed by melting after the insertion is ended. CONSTITUTION:Before a printing wire 5 is inserted through the guide holes of guide plates 2 and 3 from a hole formed in the center of a printer head housing 1, a jig 7 for insertion of the printing wire is incorporated from an opening 8 formed on the lateral side of the head housing. In the state wherein the guide plate 2 is set in engagement with a guide plate groove 9 formed in the jig 7, insertion holes 10 formed in the jig 7 make the guide holes of the sub-guide plate 2 communicate with guide holes of the main guide plate 3. After the jig 7 is incorporated, an operator inserts each printing wire 5 manually in the same way as usual, inserting the fore end of the printing wire 5 through the guide holes of each of the guide plates 2 and 3. Thereafter, the jig 7 is removed by melting at a higher temperature than the melting point of a low-melting material. Rose's metal or bismuth metal, Japan wax or resin, or the like is used as the low-melting material forming said jig 7.

    • PURPOSE:To adjust a spring constant and to eliminate printing irregularity, by providing a groove to the spring part of a leaf spring and controlling the depth and width of the groove so as to make impact force constant. CONSTITUTION:Impact force closely relates to the spring constant of a leaf spring and, since the impact force can be made constant when the spring constant is adjusted, a groove 18 is provided to the root of a spring part 17' and the depth and width of said groove are adjusted to change the spring constant. When the groove is provided to the root of the spring part 17' approximate to a rectangular shape, the relation between the load when load P is applied to the tip of the spring part 17' and the bending delta of the tip becomes a formula I when a theory of a cantilevered beam is adapted. Therefore, the spring constant (k) becomes a formula II. The spring constant can be changed to a large extent by changing the plate thickness and width of the groove part. Since the impact force can be made constant by changing the spring constant of the leaf spring by press processing, printing irregularity is eliminated and printing quality can be enhanced.

CONSTITUTION:A male blade (a) is formed higher than the upper face of a male die on the peripheral end face of the male die A2 and composed so as to make the acute angle inclining to the inner side from the male die peripheral end face. In case of performing a blanking with this die,a plate stock is pinched by a plate presser 3 and elastic body 5 and bitten into the male blade (a) at the beginning of the blanking. The cutting blades of the male die A2 and female die 1 are then engaged to shear the plate stock. Since this shearing is caused from the apex of the groove by the blade a burr C is caused on a beveling part D and not projecting on the surface from a plate thickness T. Consequently the assembly accuracy is improved without the generation of the flaw by the burr C.

    • PURPOSE:To perform an operation to economically take out a small quantity of screws of various types through a compact constitution, by dropping screws other than screws, adsorbed in a specified attitude, to an adsorbing body, by means of a claw and taking out only the screws in a specified attitude on a chute. CONSTITUTION:An adsorbing body 1 is supported in a reciprocating manner to a vibrating body 6 for adsorbing body. A claw 2 is located ina manner to cover an adsorbing surface 1F of the adsorbing body 1, and the claw is supported so that it can be elevated by an elevator 5 driven by a motor 3 and a power transmission means 4. Further, a groove 2G, having width slightly wider than the diameter of the screwed part of a screw to be selected, is provided in the claw 2, and a projection 2T extending downward is formed at the open end. A chute 7 is situated in a slanting manner continuously to and below the open end of the groove 2G. If the claw 2 is pressed down from the adsorbing body 1 by a distance (h) slightly shorter than a height H of a screw, only the screws with the head down remain, and the screws striken against the projection 2T are taken out on the chute 7.

    • PURPOSE:To inexpensively mass-produce an armature with high accuracy, by performing a press forming step for the armature, a forging step for forming a lever part, a trimming step and a die-cutting step for the armature on the same line while sequentially feeding a coil member in the longitudinal direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:A coil member 32 having a plate thickness approximately equal to the plate width l2 of an attracting part of an armature is intermittently fed sequentially in the longitudinal direction thereof. After rolling to secure the accuracy of the plate thickness and leveling to correct the flatness of the member, slots are punched in s piercing step, and a blank form 32a having a width approximately equal to l3 is press formed. In the next forging step, the blank form is forged to form lever parts, and in a trimming step, deburring and adjustment of the outer shape are conducted to press form two armatures 1 having the tips of the lever parts 18 opposed to each other. In the subsequent cutting-off step, the two armatures 1 are die-cut from the coil member 32. The armatures 1 thus die-cut are annealed, and are conveyed by a conveyor to an assembling step for printing heads.

    • PURPOSE:To inhibit thermal resistance without scaling-up by forming a through-hole, in which a radiator plate is penetrated, inserting a pin having a thermal expansion coefficient the same as or larger than the radiator plate into the through-hole and mutually fast sticking and unifying each opposed surface of the radiator plate. CONSTITUTION:With a radiation fin 1, a plurality of radiator plates 2 consisting of a blank having comparatively high thermal conductivity are laminated, through-holes 15 through which these radiator plates are penetrated are shaped, the mutual opposed surfaces of the radiator plates 2 are fast stuck, and pins 3 having shell size slightly larger than the size of the through-holes 15 and having a thermal expansion coefficient the same as or larger than the thermal expansion coefficients of the radiator plates 2 are inserted into the through-holes 15 and unified. Grooves 13a, 13b having depth of half or more of plate thickness are shaped to the surfaces and rears of each of the radiator plates 2, and arranged so as to be mutually crossed at right angles, and communicating holes 14 communicated with the grooves 13a, 13b are formed at crossing intersections. Respective groove 13a, 13b of adjacent opposed surfaces is laminated so as to be mutually crossed at right angles. Accordingly, thermal resistance at the time of heat transfer and heat dissipation can be inhibited without scaling-up.

Due to the working being performed by giving the elastic deformation in the reverse direction to the dies 5, 6 in advance the dies 5, 6 form a flat surface to perform the forming. The working accuracy is thus improved, the need for finishing is eliminated and the manhour is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize the strength of weld by detecting a gap generating between works with a gap detector and feeding it back to a pressure device and eliminating the gap between the works and concentrating thermal energy on the welding position. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 1 and a supporting stand 6 are moved synchronizing by a moving device to the position of the work 7 at a place a little way off from the work and positioned. Here, the work 7 and the work 8 are clamped by a clamp 2 and the supporting stand 6. The clamp 2 is, furthermore, pressurized by the pressure device controlled based on the data of the gap detector 5 so that the gap of the joined surface between the work 7 and the work 8 is made zero. Then, when inert gas is supplied to the inside of the clamp 2 and an electric current is applied to the electrode 1, an arc is generated between the electrode 1 and the work 7, and the works 7 and 8 are welded and joined by its thermal energy. In this way, the welding is performed regardless of the size of the work only by indicating the welding position.
