    • PURPOSE:To display a wire frame to distinguish the front and back sides of a curved surface and a plane with the small amount of data by providing a means to interpolate a direction vector and to determine it and a means to determine the display method of an arbitrary point from the direction vector and a sighting direction vector. CONSTITUTION:To respective plural points on the border line of the curved surface, as the direction vectors of those points, a normal vector is applied at the point of the curved surface and when the curved surface is displayed, only the border line is displayed. As a border line display method, the direction vector at the arbitrary point on the border line is calculated from the plural direction vectors applied to the border line by interpolation and an inner product value between the glance direction vector and the interpolating direction vector is calculated. Then, the arbitrary point of the border line is displayed by a display method corresponding to the inner product value applied in advance. Thus, it is not necessary to apply the direction vectors concerning all the points of a curve as display data in advance, the amount of the display data can be reduced and the distinguishment for the front and back sides of the curve is always assured corresponding to slighting direction.

CONSTITUTION:A mode space 16 is set automatically to perform the modeling of a three-dimensional shape within a graphic display controller 2, and a model coordinate system shown in rectangular coordinates X, Y, and Z is attached. Also, a fundamental graphic 14 has a primitive coordinate system 18, and it is represented as the rectangular coordinate of (x), (y), and (z). When the fundamental graphic 14 is generated within the device 2, a state where the coordinate systems 17 and 18 are coincided is generated. The movement and the rotation of the fundamental graphic 14 within the space 16 are represented by a movement quantity P0 (X0, Y0, Z0), and a rotation quantity F (matrix of 3 X 3) in the coordinate system 18 against the coordinate system 17, and one point P'(x, y, z) in the coordinate system 18 is converted to one point P(X, Y, Z) in the coordinate system 17, and is made into a component, and a bit of shape information, the movement quantity, and the rotation quantity for each of the fundamental graphics are preserved within the device 2.

    • PURPOSE:To attain control at real time and to improve transfer efficiency by determining a succeeding transfer system based upon a data processing time and a DMA controller control switching time. CONSTITUTION:A transfer circuit is provided with one or plural timers 3, 7 and measures a data processing time and a status transition time required from writing in a RAM 6 up to reading from the RAM 6 or from its reading up to its writing. A comparator prepared to identify a condition for determining the succeeding transfer system mutually compares the data processing time and the status transition time respectively measured by the timers 3, 7 and sends the compared result to a CPU 5. Thus the data processing time and the status transition time are respectively measured by the timers 3, 7 and their time lengths are compared with each other to determine the succeeding transfer system. Thereby transfer matched with the processing of data to be transferred can be executed and the transfer efficiency can be improved.

CONSTITUTION:The information of the target object to be checked concerning the interference is read from a memory 3, etc., and to which partial space the object belongs is retrieved. One of the several crossing spaces is selected, and the object in the space is selected. The flag is checked, when the flag is real, the interference between the objects is checked by an interference checking means in a parallel processor 5. The interference between the objects is checked by similar-expressing the respective objects by means of polygons and deciding the crossing between polygon surfaces constituting the polygons. When the interference exists, the number, name, etc., of the interfering object are displayed, and by simultaneously changing the color of the object outputted on a device 2, the interfering condition is indicated.
