摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a means for easier deformation prevention of stator core segmented parts by installing a retainer plate to an end plate by bolts with its position adjustable when the stator core radially segmented in multiple number is assembled. CONSTITUTION:When a stator core 1 radially segemented in multiple number is assembled, a retainer plate 12 is provided at the end of an end plate 3 similarly segmented as the stator core 1 to hold the segmented end surface portion 7, said retainer plate 12 having a same height as a ventilating duct 2 secured to the end plate 3 and being installed position-adjustable in radial direction by a long hole 13 and a suspension bolt 14, the end plate 3 and the retainer plate 12 being secured by welding after being made integral by a flange 6 installed in a stator frame 5 with and end face 15 in radial direction of the retainer plate 12 and the end face 7 of the stator core are aligned whereby the assembly work of the retainer plate can be performed in the factory improving the work efficiency.

Thereby, when clamping a laminated iron core through an end plate 2, a nut angle part 5 in the contact face of the nut 4 does not contact the face of the nut washer 6 of the end plate 2 thus generating no thrust. Further the contact of the nut 4 with the nut washer takes a circular form to bind tight by and uniformly.

The sections of the penetrating holes are made up in dimensions larger than the sections of the damper winding conductors 3 in such a manner that the sections of the damper winding conductors are brazed so that crescent ventilating grooves 5 be formed to the side portions of the sections when the sections are oval. Thus, a wind can be passed through the ventialting grooves 5, and the cooling of the damper winding conductors 3 and the short bar 4 can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the concentration of stress due to a thermal expansion of the damper winding conductor by providing both a through hole to the short circuit bar and a projection to the core end plate and by fitting them each other in the lower part of the place at which the short circuit bar of the damper winding and the core end plate are fitted each other. CONSTITUTION:The short bar 4 of the damper winding conductor 3 and the core end plate 2 are held by fitting the projection 7, which is provided to the end plate 2, in the groove 6 that is provided to the short circuit bar 4, moreover, in the lower part of said fitted position, the through hole 13 is formed in the short circuit bar 4 and the projection 14 is shaped on the end plate 2 to fit the two each other. In this way, the outward bending moment by the centrifugal force can be received, and the concentration of thermal stress can be prevented by the sliding motion between the through hole 13 and the projection 14 even though the damper winding conductor 3 is expanded by heat.

Also a T shaped slot 11 is provided on a yoke iron core 2 adhered to a revolving shaft 1 and a jetty 13 is made to be slide machined in case of inserting a T shaped project 10 into the T shaped slot 11. Accordingly as a slide machining surface is made small, a machining time can be shortened. Also even by providing a jetty 14 on a side wall side of a T shaped slot 11 of a yoke iron core 2 a same effect can be obtained.
