CONSTITUTION:When a building 1 and a building 2 are moved in different phases, a piping 51 is fixed by a piping supporting stand 71 and transmitted to a piping 52 through a piping connecting tool 81. At this time, the piping supporting stand 71 is fixed on the building 1 side, while a piping supporting stand 73 is fixed on the building 2 side. Since the piping connecting tools 81 to 83 can be allowed to the specific angle of mutual piping, vibration between the buildings 1, 2 and phase shift caused by oscillation can be absorbed by the piping connecting tools. That is, the piping connecting tools are valid for connection of an expansion joint part. Moreover, a check part for checking the connecting tools provided between the buildings 1, 2 is provided since confirmation for oil leakage in the piping connecting tools is required. Thus, the phase shift in swing in X and Y directions between two buildings can be absorbed.

    • PURPOSE:To easily cope with the change of the elevator lift stroke of a building by providing an expandable stroke adjusting means restricting the lower limit of a plunger at the upper section of a gland fixed at the upper section of a cylinder. When a stopper 8 fitted at the lower end of a plunger 4 collides with a gland 5 fitted at the upper end of the cylinder 3, the cage 2 of an elevator is located at the highest-floor level, and a base 11 adjusting the stroke of the plunger 4 is fitted on the gland 5 so that the bottom section of the cage 2 of a direct hydraulic elevator, or the bottom section of a jack pulley frame 6 of an indirect hydraulic elevator, collides with the gland 5 when the cage 2 is located at the lowest-floor level. When the length H of the adjusting base 11 is changed, the change of the building size can be coped with.
