摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rotor of an induction motor which enables forming a cage-type coil winding easily and positively regardless of the use of a copper material and hence suppressing a secondary resistance loss fully, and obtaining an induction motor with a high torque and a high efficiency easily. SOLUTION: A cage-type coil winding forming body 7A, where a rod-shaped member 7Aa that becomes a conductor bar for constituting the cage-shaped coil winding of a rotor and a ring-shaped member 7Ab that becomes one end ring for comprising the cage-type coil winding of the rotor are formed in one piece by performing the cold extrusion of a copper material, is used and is combined to a rotor core made of a lamination electromagnetic steel plate, and a ring-shaped member 7c that becomes the other end ring is mounted as the rotor of a cage-type coil winding type induction motor. Since the cage-type coil winding forming body 7A is used, a cage-type coil winding made of a copper material can be created easily. Also, since copper with a smaller proper resistance than aluminum by approximately 40% is used, temperature increase can be prevented by that amount, thus improving the efficiency of the electric motor. Further, since a secondary resistance can be reduced, the maximum output and the maximum torque can be improved, thus reducing sliding positively.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a compact, lightweight reduction gear at low cost. SOLUTION: A high frequency power supply 31L on the low frequency side is put in action, and a gear P is induction-heated by a low frequency side heating coil 30L to heat the root part surface of a tooth to high temperature as shown by the void in a right upper figure (1). A high frequency power supply 31H on the high frequency side is actuated, and the gear P is induction-heated by a high frequency side heating coil 30H. As shown by the void in a figure (2), only the surface is heated to high temperature on the whole from the root part to the tip excluding the center part of the tooth, and then water is jetted to the surface of the gear P in a red heat state by a water jetting device 36 for rapid cooling. The surface is thereby quenched so as to obtain quenching along tooth form down to the root as shown by the void in the figure (2). The gear thus reinforced is used to constitute reduction mechanism. Since the gear strong in both flexure and wear can be obtained by two frequency quenching, miniaturization and weight reduction can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of assembly and to improve the productivity of the titled impeller by a method wherein a support plate subjected to a burring process is weided to the inner surface of a main plate and the welded whole is fitted about a same diametered section of the outer peripheral surface of the shaft through a flange of the suopport plate formed as a result of the burring process. CONSTITUTION:The support plate 2A having a center hole is welded to the main plate 1A having a center hole by a projection welding method capable of assuring a high rate of productivity and the welded whole is fitted about the shaft 3. In this case, the support plate 2A is subjected to the burring process prior to welding so that the plate 2A is provided with the flange 10 having a large fitting surface forming the peripheray of the center hole of the plate 2A and through which the plate is fitted about the same diametered section of the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 3, while, on the other hand, the main plate 1A is fitted about a tapered section 9 of the shaft, to thereby increase the precision of assembly. Next, the main plate 1A or the support plate 2A is fastened from outside by means of a male screw bolt 12 and a nut 8 through a washer 7 to thereby fix the impeller to the shaft 3. With the above sturcture, the fastening force applied on the main plate 1A by the bolt and the nut is equally balanced against the tapered section 9 of the shaft 3 so that the plates 1A and 2A are not deformed and since they do not bite in the shaft 3, they can be assembled with a high degree of precision. Further, the above fixing structure has such advantages that the assembly and disassembly of the main plate 1A and the support plate 2A are facilitated and the productivity of the impeller is improved because no key way forming process is required.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a mold of a pump runner with an improved dimentional accuracy, by fitting blades to at least either of front and rear shrouds and making a diffusion joint to both shrouds with concaves on the blades. CONSTITUTION:Blades are made to either or both of front and rear shrouds 2, 3, both being composed separately with concaves 6 at the center of the blades so that the shrounds are joined at the periphery 5 of the blades. The diffusion joint of both shrouds with the blades 4 between them is made under a small pressure which can barely produce deformation of base metal at a temperature below the solidus of the base metal, in a vacuum or in an ordinary atmosphere added with inert gas for preventing the joint from oxidizing.

Furthermore, the damage of the coil 6 at insertion can be suppressed, consequently the coil space factor can be raised without fail, and the downsizing of a motor and the improvement of the performance can be realized.
