摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor through which a motor small in secondary resistance loss and high in torque and high in efficiency can be obtained. SOLUTION: This rotor 5 is arranged so as to form an end ring integrated type of cage winding, by charging the vacant space part to a conductor bar 7a within a slot 5c with a conductive material in fused condition, when at least one end ring 7c is made of the conductive material by a casting mold after inserting a conductive bar 7a, in advance into an iron core 5a of the rotor having the totally enclosed slot 5c. Then, this is arranged such that the end ring is formed by low-pressure casting, in a condition that the inside of the casting mold is evacuated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor in which a squirrel-cage winding can be made simply and surely even if copper is used for the squirrel-cage winding, and the loss of the secondary resistance is suppressed hereby, and by which a motor of high torque and high efficiency can be obtained easily. SOLUTION: A low-pressure casting method is used in such a manner that a conductor bar 7a thinner than a slot hole 5c is inserted in advance into the slot hole 5c of a squirrel-cage winding of the iron core 5a of the rotor consisting of the stack of iron plates 5b of a rotor, and one end ring 7b is attached by a brazing part S, and then it is installed at the mold part D1 of a specified mold D, and then, the atmospheric pressure of the space part G of a casting furnace T is raised, and molten metal M is introduced into the mold part D1 of the mold D through a molten metal pipe P and a molten metal passage D2 from this casting furnace. At this time, it is so arranged that the other end ring 7c is made by the mold part D1 in condition that the space between the conductor bar 7a and the slot hole 5c is further filled with molten metal M, too, from this mold part D1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for a rotating electric machine for easily obtaining a motor having high torque and high efficiency, by simply and effectively forming a squirrel-cage winding even by using copper for the winding, thereby sufficiently suppressing secondary resistance loss. SOLUTION: A slot 5c for containing a squirrel-cage winding of a rotor core 5a formed of a laminate of a rotor iron plates 5b is formed in an overall opening shape. A conductor bar 7a is inserted from an outer peripheral side as shown by an arrow, and pressed by a punch 11 as shown by an arrow. Then, an electrode 12 is brought into contact with an opening end corner 55 of the slot 5c. Current is supplied between the electrode 12 and the core 5a to be heated, and the corner 55 is softened. Then, it is pressed as shown by an arrow. Thus, a tongue piece 56 for forming a half opened slot is formed to provide the rotor.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized lightweight electric rotating machine excellent in characteristics. SOLUTION: A ladder type part member 33 of magnetic material wherein a first hole part 33c and a second hole part 33d are formed leaving an edge part 33a and a frame part 33b is used. The second hole part 33d is fitted in the end portion 32b of a tooth part 32 of a stator core 3A, and the ladder type part member 33 is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the stator core 3A. A tongue part is formed by the frame part 33b, and a half-closed slot system stator is obtained. A stator coil can be accommodated in the slot 31 before the ladder type part member 33 is fixed, so that the stator coil can be accommodated in the previously wound and molded state. As a result, the space factor of a coil can be sufficiently improved, and a small-sized lightweight electric rotating machine can be obtained without deteriorating power factor and efficiency.

SOLUTION: A part 33cb near the upper coil part 33b of a coil end part 33c overlaps a part 33ca near the lower coil part 33a of a coil end part 33c of another coil 33 at its outside, therefore, the part 33cb is formed into a relatively small bending radius R1. A part 33ca near the lower coil part 33a of the coil end part 33c overlaps a part 33cb near the upper coil part 33b of the coil end part 33c at its inside, therefore, the part 33ca is formed into a relatively large bending radius R2. As a result, the whole coil end part is formed into a cylindrical shape expanding to the outside, therefore, it is possible to prevent the coil end part from swelling even if coil occupying percentage is increased.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a method of elevating the coil insertion property and that in simple constitution, by lowering the frictional resistance at insertion of a coil without fail. SOLUTION: The frictional resistance between a coil 6 and a core slot 5 drops and the coil 6 is inserted smoothly into the slot, by giving high frequency oscillation to the side of insertion port of the core slot 5 wherein the coil 6 is inserted in coil insertion, so the insertion property of the coil 6 can be improved without fail. Furthermore, the damage of the coil 6 at insertion can be suppressed, consequently the coil space factor can be raised without fail, and the downsizing of a motor and the improvement of the performance can be realized.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric rotating machine which can use a stator winding in a state that a coil strand is wound regularly, which can increase a coil space factor and which can obtain a good characteristic even when the electric rotating machine is made small and lightweight by a method wherein a stator which is assembled to the inner circumferential face of a yoke part is formed together with the stator winding in which a plurality of tooth parts are formed in a prescribed shape in advance. SOLUTION: A stator core 3A is formed in such a way that a flat-rolled magnetic steel sheet is divided into an iron sheet 310 for a cylindrical yoke part and into an iron sheet 320 for tooth parts, that the tooth parts 32 are coupled to, and arranged at, the inner circumferential face of the cylindrical yoke part 31 and that they are fixed and bonded by using mounting metal fittings 33. Then, when the stator core 3A is assembled, a plurality of coil element assemblies, for a stator winding, which are molded in advance are arranged in a ring shape at prescribed positions at a prescribed angle on the inner side of the cylindrical yoke part 31, the stator winding is formed, the tooth parts 32 are moved and coupled to the cylindrical yoke part 31 through respective parts at the stator winding from the center in the radial direction. Thereby, the stator winding in a state that a coil strand is wound regularly can be used, a coil space factor can be increased, and the performance of an electric rotating machine can be enhanced.
