    • PURPOSE:To prevent a system from breaking down, which is caused by an erroneous door opening operation, and disk media from being missed and stolen by providing a door lock mechanism interlocking with the rotation of a storing box and operation the door lock mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In normal operation, the storing box 10 is held at the 1st angle position, and rotated at the 2nd angle position at the time of replacing a disk medium. Then the opening surface of the storing box 10 is confronted with the door 13 of a device case. The door lock mechanism 20 interlocking with the rotation of the storing box 10 is provided, and locks the door 13 when the storing box 10 lies at any angles except for the 2nd angle position to make the opening operation of the door 13 impossible. When the storing box 10 lies at the 2nd angle position, the lock of the door 13 is released to make the opening operation of the door 13 possible. Thus, without instructions the door 13 is never mistakingly opened in normal operation, and the system breakdown due to the door opening operation can be prevented. Besides, the disk medium is hardly missed and stolen.

The correction calculating part 2 determines and holds a correcting value of the motor driving quantity during tape loading and corrects the digital driving control signal 120 given from the logic control part 1 and outputs final motor driving quantity data 104 and 105 to DA converters 11 and 12.

CONSTITUTION:An optical disk automatic loading device 1 contains an optical disk 3 in a store case 2 having an address, and executes carrying of the optical disk 3 to a driving device 5 by a carrying mechanism part 4. A control part 9 is connected to a storage part 8 to which a power source is supplied by a battery 7, and stores a store address of the optical disk 3 existing on the way of carrying and in the driving device. When a confirmation of an abnormal phenomenon or its cause is ended and a switch 12 is operated, the control part 9 gives a command to the carrying mechanism part 4 by information of the storage part 8 and returns the optical disk to its original store place. In this way, after an abnormality has been generated, the optical disk 3 can be returned to the store case 2 in a short time, and also, since the optical disk 3 corresponds to the same address as before the abnormality is generated, in the store case 2, it is unnecessary to change newly management information of the optical disk 3 in the store case 2, and the recovery time after the abnormality has been generated can be shortened.

    • PURPOSE: To wind a tape with a standard quantity or below, to detect correctly the reel size and to control an ordinary travelling by measuring a tape quantity wound to the reel and a tape tension change at the time of increasing and decreasing the speed of the tape tension change.
      CONSTITUTION: When a supplying reel 1 accelerates a tape 10 by a full reel in the (a) direction of an arrow, a control device 12 mistakes the reel for a half reel, a driving electric current is supplied to a supplying reel motor 3, and then, a winding reel 2 winds at a prescribed speed regardless of the size of the reel 1 and the tension of the tape 10 is increased. On the other hand, when the tape is accelerated in the (b) direction of an arrow, the tension of the tape 10 is increased, and the phenomenon occurs in the same manner at the time of decelerating. Thus, first, reels 1 and 2 are rotated, a tape travelling distance during the rotation of the reel 1 is measured, the reel size is recognized, and next, the accelerating and decelerating of the prescribed frequency are repeated, the change of the tape tension is executed at a monitoring tension sensor 8. When the change is overshot from the prescribed value, the reel size is increased to one step and a detecting action is completed within the prescribed value.

CONSTITUTION:When a tape starts traveling, the driving currents for feed and take-up reels are corrected by performing the subtraction/addition between a steady current and a correcting current IE corresponding to the tension reduction due to the static friction of a stop mode or acceleration. CONSTITUTION:When the disk medium is pulled out of the storing box through the door 13 installed on the device enclosure to the outside, or stored in the storing box 10 from the out-side, drive mechanisms 14 and 16 turn the opening surface of the storing box 10 to the 1st angle position facing the door 13 of the device enclosure. The pushing member 66 is installed inside the door 13. While the storing box 10 is turning from the 1st angle position to the 2nd one, the disk medium excessively projecting from the opening surface of the storing box 10 is pushed into the storing box 10 through the engagement with the pushing member. Since the disk medium is sufficiently pushed into the storing box 10 by the pushing member, the collision between the disk medium and the device enclosure and that between the disk medium and the medium handling mechanism 20 never occur, and their damages can be prevented accordingly.

Thus load is uniformly diversified to the drive roller at each side of the disk medium, and the disk medium hardly tilts, whereby the drive roller seldom has wear and its life can be prolonged.
