摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the change processing of group constitution and to enable early detection concerning a remote procedure call(RPC) processing system for calling a group server. SOLUTION: When adding a server to a server group 80, an additional report is outputted from a group constitution change reporting part 70 to a processor provided with a server in the group such as a processor 5, for example. An RPC processing part 50, which receives this report, holds group constitution change information reporting the addition of new procedure. An RPC request source such as a client 15 of processor 2, for example, issues the RPC request of 'QSORT' to servers 25, 35 and 45 in the server group 80 and correspondent servers in the group are respectively executed. When executing a server 421 and transmitting the executed result to the request source, the processor 5 adds this group constitution change information. When any change in group constitution is detected out of a response message, an RPC processing part 10 at the request source updates its own address information by calling all the address information from an address managing part 60.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee a serial number order and to improve the reliability of transmission by performing delivery after performing, keeping in a temporary keeping queue when it is not an order to be delivered next in the case of performing the reception processing of a multiplex message and delivering it to a transmission destination program in the order of the serial number. SOLUTION: When a multiplex message transmission request has been originated from the program 11 of a transmission origin, the transmission part 14 of a processor 10 retrieves an address table 17, obtains the address of the processor 30 and prepares a message. The message is transmitted from communication adapters 20 and 21, through communication media 1 and 2 and the communication adapters 40 and 41 to the reception part 35 of the processor 30. The processor 30 receives the multiplex message, performs the reception processing by using a serial number management table 38 and a time-out processing part 36 and delivers it to a program 32 of a transmission destination in the order o the arrival. In this case, when the serial number of the received massage is not in the order to be delivered next, the received message is kept in the temporary keeping queue 39 and then 15 delivered to the program 32 of the transmission destination.

A period start transmission routine is started when not being started. When this routine is started, An MCG# and a transmission level having been sent previously are received. When transmission wait data are in existence in a succeeding queue, a transmission channel of a transmission MC pattern is decided. When the transmission buffer is not fully occupied, the transmission data are set to a transmission channel buffer. The transmission processing is conducted to all channels registered in the MC pattern in this way and the MCG# and the transmission level sent this time are saved. Finally when MC transmission queue transmission wait data are in existence, a timer to start this routine period is set.
