    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal detecting device capable of removing small disturbances, offering a high control accuracy in steady state, and stabilizing a control system in transient state when used in the control system. SOLUTION: A small disturbance removing circuit 100 eliminating small disturbance signals comprises a limiter circuit 111 limiting transient signals of input signal Xin, an imperfect differential circuit 112 taking out an AC variation from the output signal of the limiter circuit 111, and a limiter circuit 113 limiting the output signal of this imperfect differential circuit 112 up to the small disturbance signal level. A subtracting circuit 130 subtracts a small disturbance signal extracted by the small disturbance removing circuit 100 from an input signal Xin and outputs an output signal Yout. As a result, the influence of the small disturbance is eliminated and the control accuracy in steady state in the control system can be enhanced. Also, in a transient state, the operation of the small disturbance removing circuit 100 is practically prohibited by the limiter circuit for eliminating signal delay, thereby quickly stabilizing a control signal.

    • PURPOSE:To enable dynamic stability to be always improved regardless of the degree of system oscillation, by regulating the gain and time constant of a power system stabilizer according to the changeable component peak value of power system oscillation signal. CONSTITUTION:A synchronous generator is provided with an automatic voltage regulator (AVR), a power system stabilizer (PSS) detecting the output power of the synchronous generator and directing the output of stabilization signal to the automatic voltage regulator AVR, and a thyristor power converter control ling an excitation circuit. In the meantime, by an imperfect differentiating circuit 7, the changeable component P of effective power P is detected, and by an absolute value detection circuit 8, an absolute value ¦ P¦ is detected. Besides, by a peak detection circuit 9, the peak value Pn of oscillating change able component is detected. By a function generating circuit 10, arithmetic is performed on a PSS time constant compensating the phase lag of an excita tion system according to the degree of the peak value Pn.

    • PURPOSE:To detect which phase in three phases is in trouble regarding the accurate value of a terminal voltage at the trouble of the terminal-voltage detecting circuit of a synchronous machine by selecting the corrected value in conformity with the outputs of circuit-abnormality detecting means with a voltage-correcting value detecting means, and correcting the effective phase-voltage value with a voltage correcting means. CONSTITUTION:In an abnormality detecting means 5, effective values of single-shape voltages E1-E3 obtained with a single-phase effective-voltage computing means 4 and effective values of phase currents I1-I3 obtained with effective-current-value computing means 28 are inputted. When the abnormality detecting means 5 judges the wire breakdowns in two phases or more, switching is made in to a manual system. When one-phase wire breakdown is judged, the value located at the intermediate position in E1-E3 is selected with an intermediate-value at selecting means 6 and compared with the value at one-step before. The value is corrected. The correction is detected with a voltage-correcting-value detecting means 29. The output value of the intermediate-value selecting means 6 is corrected with a voltage-correcting means 12. The value is outputted with an effective-voltage-value selecting means 13 as the effective voltage value E.

    • PURPOSE:To ensure safety regardless of operational state change of a system by additionally providing a device for identifying the operational state of a power system and employing the output from the device as an input signal to an exciter for synchronous machine thereby regulating the setting parameters of the exciter dynamically and optimally. CONSTITUTION:An automatic voltage regulator AVR steps down the terminal voltage V1 of a synchronous machine through an instrument transformer PT3 to produce a signal which is then compared with a set value in a voltage setter Vref. Field current If of the synchronous machine is controlled through an exciter so that the stepped down terminal voltage coincides with the set value thus controlling the terminal voltage V1. of generator to coincide with the voltage set value Vref. According to the invention, a power system identifying unit 9 provides input signals to an automatic voltage regulator and a power system stabilizing unit constituting an exciter for synchronous machine thus realizing stabilization of power system robust against large scale modification of constitution or load variation of power system.

    • PURPOSE:To detect abnormalities of a detection system of the quantities of operating state of a synchronous machine and a generator accurately by judging whether two quantities of equivalent state based on the first quantity of state detected from the armature output end of the generator and on the second quantity of state detected from the input end thereof satisfy a given correlation or not. CONSTITUTION:When the protective fuse 12 for TP 11 is blown out a detected voltage inputted to an internally induced voltage operation means 21 is considerably small so that the absolute value ¦E¦ of the internally induced voltage E of a generator 1 outputted from the internally induced voltage operation means 22 also takes a very small value and an abnormality judging means 23 operates to switch a change-over switch 15 to a field current constant control system (standby system). Thus, the generator 1 is controlled according to a reference field current IRFE determined by a setter 19. Therefore, even if the output voltage detection circuit is broken, a stable operation can be continued without leading to overvoltage or overexcitation so as to improve the reliability of a power generation system.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal detecting device which can remove alias signals which appear as low-frequency signals by detecting the occurrence and frequencies of the alias signals. SOLUTION: The signal detecting device is provided with an alias generation detecting means 6 equipped with a sampling means 2 which samples the quantity of electricity of an alternating current to two sets of sampling values the sampling periods of which are mutually the same or delayed by a prescribed period of time, an A/D-converting means 3 which converts the two sets of sampling values into digital values, and two sets of computing means 4 and 4A which respectively detect signals based on the two sets of digitized sampling values and detects alias signals contained in inputted signals or generated during the course of computation for signal detection based on the computed results of the two sets of computing means 4 and 4A. The device is also provided with means 7, 7A, and 7B which remove low-frequency alias signals by means of a variable frequency notch filter by moving the alias signals to the high-frequency side by changing the sampling frequency when the detecting means 6 detects the alias signals.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppresses fluctuation for a prolonged period in a long-distance large- capacity transmission system. SOLUTION: Control, in which the terminal voltage Vg of a generator 10 is detected by a transformer 13, pulses corresponding to a voltage deviation are generated by an AVR control block 15 and an automatic pulse phase equipment 16 on the basis of a signal corresponding to a deviation between terminal voltage Vg and set voltage Vref, the pulses are applied to a thyristor 17, the field voltage Vf of a field winding 18 is adjusted and terminal voltage Vg is conformed to the set value Vref, is conducted. Reactive power is calculated by a reactive-power calculator 22 from an output Ig from a current transformer 12 and the output Vg from the voltage transformer 13, the variation section of reactive power is obtained by a control block 32 on the basis of the calculated value, advancing phase is added to the variation section and a system stabilizing signal is generated, and the system stabilizing signal is added to an adder- substrator 14. Since the fluctuation of reactive power is augmented with the increase of system reactance such as a long-distance large-capacity transmission system, the damping of fluctuation for a prolonged period can be improved by adding a stabilizing signal based on the increase of the fluctuation of reactive power.
