    • PURPOSE:To bend easily a stock into an optional radius regardless of its shape, by providing different peripheral speeds to respective side edges of a stock at the 2nd stage in rolling a stock having a rectangular cross section into a straight stock having a trapezoidal cross section, and rolling it into a stock having an uniform thickness at the 2nd stage. CONSTITUTION:A stock 1 is mounted on a guide table 7 and is positioned in its width direction by a pressing means 12. Next, a gap between upper and lower rolls 3, 4 different in taper from each other is made different in the axial direction, and is set to the prescribed value at the 1st stage. A taper stock having a trapezoidal cross section is obtained by passing the stock 1 between these rolls 3, 4. Further at that time, the stock 1 is rolled into the straight stock by restraining its bending by means of side guides 22 placed at the outlet side. At the 2nd stage, said stock is passed between the rolls 3, 4 after adjusting the gap between the rolls 3, 4 so that the gap is uniform in the axial direction and the thickness of stock is also uniform. Then, the taper stock is rolled into a flat stock of uniform thickness, and the peripheral speeds different at respective side edges are provided to the stock by the rotation of roll 4, and a flat product of prescribed radius dimension is obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded part for which the cost of a die is reduced, working flaws are less, and quality is excellent by roughly working a stock plate placed on an elastic body stored in a main retainer using a rigid die, precisely working it to form a plastically formed stock, and joining it through welding to manufacture a hollow member. SOLUTION: A stock of a tubular material 1 is placed on an elastic body 2, such as a urethane rubber stored in a main retainer 3, and a core die 4 and a pressing jig to press the core die 4 are installed thereon. The core die 4 is loaded by the pressing jig, the stock of the tubular material 1 is pressed into the elastic body 2, such as urethane rubber so as not to interfere with the pressing jig and wound around the core die 4 to form a semi-product. A sub retainer 6, in which an elastic body 7 such as urethane rubber is stored, is arranged on both sides of an intermediate stock as an upper die. The intermediate stock and the core die 4 are held by the sub retainers 6, and the pressing jig is removed. The sub retainer 6 is loaded to work the intermediate stock and obtain a plastically formed product.

    • PURPOSE:To perform the bending of a blank in the prescribed curvature size from the beginning with a small-sized and strong device by performing the guide and bending of the blank to be rolled by the upper and lower rolls with one side step by the inlet side guide directly provided on a bearing part and the outlet side approaching side roll. CONSTITUTION:A work blank 1 is rolled by the upper and lower rolls 2A, 3A having a stepped bank A at one side. The blank 1 is guided and pressed by the inlet side guide 11 directly provided on the housing 8 at the opposite side of the stepped bank A of the housings 7, 8 of roll bearings 5, 6 and by the side roll 4' provided by approaching to the outlet side. The blank 1 is subjected to bending by the approaching side roll4' from the beginning with preventing the side slippage of the blank 1 by the stepped part A by rolling the blank 1 by guiding it optimally. The bending of the succeeding side roll 4 is therefore made stable and correct and the blank 1 is worked in the prescribed size and curvature with a compact and strong device.
