SOLUTION: A damage development curve arithmetic device 2 calculates a damage development curve on the basis of the initial crack length of a stationary blade, the maximum crack length of one stationary blade and the start/stop frequency of a gas turbine. A damage developing quantity arithmetic device 3 calculates the developing quantity of the maximum crack between future periodic inspections on the basis of the start/stop frequency and damage development curve between future scheduled periodic inspections, and transmits it to a mounting position arithmetic device 4. The device 4 calculates the combination of mounting positions on the basis of this input data and the upper and lower limit values of the maximum crack allowable limit range. The mounting position between periodic inspections of each stationary blade, the periodic inspection time for stationary blade disposal, the number of stationary blades not reaching the crack lower limit value, and the maximum crack length in each periodic inspection are displayed on a display device 5 so that a proper part control can be performed.

CONSTITUTION:Fuel is fed through fuel nozzles 4a and 4b into an inner cylinder 3 forming combustion chambers 3a and 3b. An air feed port 12 is communicated to the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 3, flow sleeves 2a-3c, surrounding the inner cylinder 3 and forming an air feed space between the inner cylinder 3 and the flow sleeves, and an outer cylinder 1, surrounding the flow sleeves, are provided. A control ring 23 is placed to the outside of the inner cylinder 3, and the opening area of an air feed port 12 is regulated through movement in the direction of an axis of the control ring. Namely, the control ring 23 is moved in the direction of the axis with the aid of a control ring driving device 8. a driving device 8 is situated between the outer cylinder 1 and the flow sleeves 2a-2c of the gas turbine combustor thus formed. this eliminates the possibility of producing turbulence in an air flow in the combustion chamber.

    • PURPOSE:To control the distribution of the quantity of air flowing into the burner liner depending upon the driving condition of a gas turbine to carry out a satisfactory combustion by moving a flow sleeve toward the pivotal direction of the burner liner. CONSTITUTION:A flow sleeve 12 is provided in a space formed by the outer cylinder 3 and the liner 4 of a combustor. A hydraulic cylinder 16 for driving is installed and a piston rod and a driving shaft 12a are connected to each other by means of a link 15. The hydraulic cylinder 16 is operated by a hydraulic servo valve 17 of an electromagnetic control system so that the flow sleeve 12 can make reciprocating movements in the horizontal direction. Accordingly, when the flow sleeve 12 is moved in the pivotal direction, the flowpath resistance of compressor exhaust air 1a supplied to a combustion air hole 9 varies as the inner surface of the flow sleeve 12 whereby it is possible to adjust the flow quantity distribution of combustion air and dilution air.

Combustion is progressed as the fuel is mixed with a air flow 29a through an air hole 19 formed in the surroundings of the fuel injection part and air flows 21a-21d for combustion flowing through air holes 21 formed in the combustion chamber 27. Since the fuel injection hole 25 is positioned in the vicinity of the combustion chamber wall 26, the fuel 24 is mixed with the air flows 21-21d rapidly and at a limited annular space part 28 and therefore, a cooling effect by initial air during a combustion process can be produced, and the presence of a high- temperature formation is dissipated, or formation of a hot spot is rendered ineffective, resulting in the possibility to prevent the generation of NOx.

Namely, partial amount of air delivered from air-compressors, passing through the grooves 18 and flowing into the liner 2, by which the collar for the flame conducting tube 9 and the both ends of the flame conducting tube 8 are cooling down simultaneously. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent these parts from damage by burning, thereby an operational reliability for gas turbine may be improved a greater extent.

When repairing the damaged locations, the location of interrest is cut 30 as in a dotted line shape, and a blank fitting plate 18 in a steel material, which has a form obtained by mounting cutting allowance to a reconstruction dimension, is fitted at the location and clamping fastened by means of a clamping bolt 19. Then, the fitting plate 18 is worked according to the initial design value and reconstructed. Such a method can rapidly take the repair countermeasure of the casing without changing the accuracy of the original form.

CONSTITUTION:A multi-can gas turbine, arranging a plurality of combustors 2 in an equal pitch on the periphery, sets a fuel nozzle (not shown in the drawing) and a water injection nozzle 8 in each combustor 2. A pump 10 supplies pressurized water to this water injection nozzle 8 through a shut off valve 11, flow regulating valve 12, annular injection water manifold 13 and a supply pipe 14 branching from said manifold 13. Here, mutually different height setting the water injection nozzle 8 causes an unequal water pressure applied to each nozzle 8, and in order to prevent this unequal water pressure the branch supply pipe 14 interposes an orifice 23 and/or a pressure control valve (not shown in the drawing) for regulating a flow in accordance with the height setting the nozzle 8.
