CONSTITUTION:When a funnel 1 is mounted on a pallet 2, a lifting device 6 is operated to lower a frit tank 4a, a power cylinder 7 is operated to move the tank 4a, a guide roller 4b is pressed in contact with the inner wall face of the funnel 1, and a frit injecting nozzle 4c is precisely faced to a seal face 1b. The type of the funnel 1 is identified based on the position and change of the nozzle 4c by the output signal of e displacement detector 10, and a rotating means 3 is controlled to rotate the pallet 2 at the preferable rotating speed of the identified funnel 1. Frit is coated on the seal face 1b of the funnel 1 mounted on the pallet 2 conveyed by a conveyer, and uniform coating is automatically performed for various types.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of wear powder from a glass base-substrate by jetting out fluid from the side of placement surface for the glass base- substrate to thereby reduce friction of the base-substrate on the placement surface. SOLUTION: A plurality of receiving members 11a are installed in a receiption base 11 on which an air passage 11b is formed substantially in conformity with the centeral axis. In the passage 11b air with a specified pressure is made to flow through a regulation valve 15 and a solenoid valve 16. As a result, the member 11a has the same structure as the structure in which a nozzle for jetting air is embedded, and thereby the air from the nozzle is jetted to the rear surface of a glass base-substrate 10. The base-substrate 10 is slightly floated from the placement surface therefor through the air, and accordingly even if force form a side of its side surface thereof is applied to the basesubstrate 10, the friction between the base-substrate 10 and the placement surface can be reduced widely.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate suction device constituted to attract a glass substrate to the exact position on a hot plate at placing and attracting the glass substrate on and to the hot plate. SOLUTION: This device includes the hot plate 3 which has plural vacuum suction holes 4-1, 4-2, 4-3 on an imposing surface and is constituted to warm the glass substrate 1 for liquid crystal panels formed by coating its surface with a thin film by placing and sucking the substrate on and to the hot plate. In such a case, the vacuum suction holes of the hot plate 3 constitute groups varying in the central part and peripheral part of the glass substrate. The respective grooves are so constituted that the impression of the vacuum pressure on the groups in the central part is made precedent to the impression of the vacuum pressure on the groups of the peripheral part. The device has a vacuum impression device having a suction controller 10 which applies the vacuum pressures respectively independently on the vacuum suction holes.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a phosphor film coated on the inner screen of a panel from being non-conformable by recovering phosphor while both the panel and a recovery cover are being simultaneously changed in angle with an identical angle kept on. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 11 for changing the angle of a panel is normally rotated, a ball screw 12 is rotated, and a driven gear 4 is then rotated in the direction indicated by an arrow head D via a ball nut 13, a lever 16, a piston rod 18, a crank rod 20 and a drive gear 22. And when the motor 11 is reversely rotated, the gear 4 is rotated in the direction indicated by an arrow head D'. And when a motor 34 for changing the angle of a recovery cover is normally rotated, a driven gear 32 is made to be rotated via a drive gear 35 in the direction indicated by an arrow head F identical to the arrow head D indicating the rotational direction of the gear 4. And when the motor 34 is reversely rotated, the gear 32 is made to be rotated in the direction indicated by an arrow head F'. This constitution thereby allows both the panel 1 and the recovery cover 33 to be changed in angle while an identical angle is being kept on, and also each angle of the panel and the cover is being changed little by little. Therefore, when phosphor is recovered, the device can prevent phosphor within a carrier 2 from being excessive in movement, and can thereby prevent a phosphor film from being non-conformable.

    • PURPOSE:To make inside temperature of a washed panel to be constant by providing a thermometer measuring temperature inside the panel and a sequence controlling board which controls washing time according to measured value of said thermometer. CONSTITUTION:When a panel 1 is forwarded to a position A, the inside temperature of the panel 1 is measured by an infrared-ray thermometer 2 for being compared with the temperature set by an indicating set device 8 for being decided whether or not being standardized in order to be memorized by the shift register part 9a. When the panel 1 is forwarded to the position B, a timer of the processor control part 9b works only for the washing time accorded with the good or poor quality signals basing on the decision signals for putting a solenoid valve in an on-state. Then washing water is supplied to a nozzle 3 from a washing water supply source 5 for a prescribed time for being sprayed inside the panel 1. When the panel 1 is forwarded to the position C, the solenoid valve 7 is put in the on-state only for the washing time accorded with the good or poor quality signals and washing water is sprayed inside the panel 1 from the nozzle 4.

Further, a cathode-ray tube rotating motor 18 is operated to repeat the positive and reverse rotations of the suction pad 13 and the cathode-ray tube 1 through gears 19, 17 and a rotating shaft 12, and a tapping motor 25 is also operated to tap the outer part of the cathode- ray tube 1 with a tapping bar 27. Thus, foreign mater can be sufficiently removed from within the cathode-ray tube 1, and the quality can be improved.
