Whether an alarm should be issued or not is judged taking account of the fluctuation in the load without reducing the acceleration judgement value for stopping the mischief. After measuring the load of the car 1 before traveling, it starts the traveling, the acceleration of the car is measured by a rotary encoder 6 and the load is measured by a load-detecting device 9 in traveling. Whether a second judgment value, where the acceleration of the car 1 is lower than the action of the governor 5 and larger than the general traveling, exceeds a first judgment value of the maximum vibration of the general traveling is confirmed and alarmed.

SOLUTION: In transmission, when an original is set, a read section 1 reads the original, image data are stored in a RAM 2 and compressed by a compression section 3. When there is limitation in the capacity of the RAM 2, it is controlled so that the entry of a facsimile number of the destination is turned into entry standby, when a part of a page of the original is displayed. The operator of a facsimile equipment enters the facsimile number of the destination from an operation section 10, while viewing the display. The data compressed through by this entry are sent from a channel control section 4.

The reference voltage 4 is set at a value a little higher than the voltage of the communication transmission part when two terminating resistors are loaded on a communication network, and when the voltage of the communication transmission part is higher than the reference voltage 4, a result is displayed on the display unit 3. Since the voltage when only one terminating resistor or no terminating resistor is loaded is higher than that when the two terminating resistors are loaded in the communication network, the user can confirm the no loading of the terminating resistor based on the display. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the loading of the terminating resistor from being forgotten.

When it is necessary to rotate the direction of the character, the character font of the ROM 3 is once written in a font rotary circuit 9 and the character is rotated by 90 deg. to the left or right to be read and developed on the memory 6. When the characters of one page can be developed, the data of the memory 6 is read through a reading circuit 8 and sent to the laser printer to be printed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator enabling further reduction of a battery capacity without allowing an erroneous operation in an automatic landing operation.SOLUTION: An elevator 100 includes: a control part 30 for controlling an operation of an automatic landing operation during a power outage; an emergency-use capacitor 26 enabled to a parallel connection to a smoothing capacitor 13; and a relay 25 for connecting or disconnecting between the smoothing capacitor 13 and the emergency-use capacitor 26. The control part 30 disconnects the emergency capacitor from the smoothing capacitor at a given first timing in a regenerating operation period of a motor during an automatic landing operation by turning off the relay. Further, the control part 30 turns on the relay at a given second timing within a period between a decelerating operation start and before a car landing, after the first timing, thus connecting the emergency-use capacitor 26 to the smoothing capacitor 13.
