    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display in an elevator car capable of efficiently displaying scheduled stop floors, a current car position and various types of sub-information in the information display.
      SOLUTION: The information display in the elevator car comprises an operation panel 162 having a display unit 163 and a stop floor input unit 164 and a control unit 111 connected to various sensors and to the operation panel 162 and allowing the display unit 163 to display information. The display unit 163 is installed on a wall surface, in which an entrance door of the car is provided, above a one side of the entrance door in a posture of its display area oriented longitudinally and its visible angles are set so that the visible angle on an entrance door side is larger than the visible angle on a wall side. In the display unit 163, the current position display and moving direction display are displayed on the wall side, the scheduled stop floor display is displayed on the entrance door side and guidance is displayed on a lower side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the home communication performance of a television receiver. SOLUTION: A television receiver main body 1 is incorporated with a recording medium 9 and connected to an intercom section 15 installed at the entrance or the like and to a telephone line and is provided with a remote controller 14 having a microphone and a speaker and with a video camera. In the message mode, a voice from the remote controller 14 is recorded on the recording medium 9 together with a video image from the video camera as a message, and when a visitor comes and the doorphone section 15 is active, a voice and a video image from the intercom section 15 are recorded onto the recording medium 9 as an intercom message. Furthermore, in the case of 'please remember me' message through a telephone line, the message is recorded on the recording medium 9 and the video and audio signals of the video telephone call during absence are recorded on the recording medium 9 as a video telephone message. The message is properly reproduced, the video image is displayed as a slave pattern on a display screen 2 and the voice is outputted from speakers 10, 11. An optional message is selected by the operation of the remote controller 14.
