摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to confirm the movement of washing safely by stopping the rotation of a motor when a lid is opened, in a washing process, or the like, while agitation blades are rotating. SOLUTION: A top cover 20 is attached to the upper end of an enclosure 1, and a clothing inlet 20a is opened in the center. A front panel box is formed ahead of the clothing inlet 20a and a rear panel box 20c behind the clothing inlet 20a. The clothing inlet 20a is covered openably by a lid 21, and a control device 22 is stored in the front panel box. A water supply solenoid valve 24 leading to a water filling opening 23 and a safety switch 26 that turns on and off in accordance with the opening and closing of the lid 21 are provided in the rear panel box 20c. This on/off signal is inputted to the control device 22 and controls a motor 15, or the like. Therefore, in a washing process, or the like when the agitation blades 7 are rotating, if the lid 21 is opened, the blades come to a halt, allowing the user to confirm safely the status of washing.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working property by placing a lead wire on the substantially circular notched part of the bottom part peripheral rib of an outer tank in the fixation of the lead wire to the outer tank bottom part of a washing machine, then pressing it by a U-shaped resin lead wire presser, and inserting the projection part of the lead wire presser to the square hole part of the reinforcing rib of the outer tank bottom part. SOLUTION: When a lower harness 2 which is a lead wire is fixed to the bottom part peripheral rib 1A of the outer tank of a washing machine, the lower harness 2 is placed on a notched part 1D, and a U-shaped lead wire presser 13 is fixed by engaging projection parts provided on the tips of both the leg parts of the presser 13 with the square hole parts of reinforcing ribs 1B, 1B integrated with the rib 1A. The lower harness 2 is thus supported so as to be nipped between the lead wire presser 13 and the notched part 1D. According to such a support structure, a work such as fastening of a binding wire can be dispensed with, and a stable lead wire fixation can be regularly performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent discolor or damage of clothes due to hot water by providing the controlling device for supplying cold water/hot water mixing water until the water supply amount reaches a fixed amount from the beginning of water supply when hot water is supplied by a hot water selection key. CONSTITUTION:By depressing a water temperature changeover switch 39, a washing time display and a water temperature display of 'Hot', 'Warm', and 'Cold' are successively changed in an LCD and the set water temperature is displayed while flickering. Especially, when a 'Hot' key is depressed, the water of about 10 liters is supplied by opening a cold water supply valve 11 and a hot water supply valve 11A simultaneously as a 'Warm' water. Therefore, the discolor and damage of the clothes can be prevented by not supplying hot water (about 80 deg.C) but supplying cold water/hot water mixing water.

CONSTITUTION:A top cover 2 is provided with a rib A 2a within L=10mm from an opening 2b of the top cover 2 so that a gap H between the rib A 2a and a pipe 31a on a delivery port 31c side of a drain pipe 31 is restricted within 0-1.5mm. A rib B 31b is provided around the periphery of the tip of the pipe 31a on the delivery port 31c side of the drain pipe 31 so that an overlap margin h of the rib B 31b and the rib A 2a provided around the opening 2b of the top cover 2 is 1mm or larger. As a result, the condensed water which flows along the drain pipe 31 is prevented by the rib A 2a from entering the rear part of the top cover 2, and stopped by the rib 31b even when the condensed water flows to the rear part of the top cover 2.

Thus, if a washing machine is restricted with respect to the installation and the outside drain port is on the floor surface near the center of the rear portion of the washing machine, the external drain hose mounted on the U-shaped pipe line 32 provided on the right or left side of the outer box 1 is turned around the inner rear portion of the washing machine to the central portion to communicate to the drain port so that the right under drainage is attained.

Namely, by setting a full- automatic course consisting of a long 'washing' by a weak water flow and a 'rinsing' without an intermediate drying process, the removal of stains with less damage of cloths can be achieved certainly and silently at midnight.
