    • PURPOSE:To positively and plastically deform an object by calculating a deformation amount and a load corresponding to a peak value of output values from an output generating body being integral with the object and deforming the object by applying a larger load then the calculated value and then returning the later deformation amount to the amount corresponding to the peak value by applying a load in the reverse direction. CONSTITUTION:A fine adjusting device is composed of an object fixing plate 4, force and position sensor holding member 9, 1st and 2nd elastic members 5, 6 and strain gages 7, 8 mounted on an end of the member 9, X direction stage 12 fixed to an XY stage fixing plate 14, Y direction stage 10, motor 13 for the X direction stage 12 and motor 11 for the Y direction stage 10. Applying a load to an object 3, measurement of deformation amounts of the object 3 and output values from an output generating body 1 are repeatedly performed by gradually increasing the applied load to the object 3. A deformation amount of the object 3 and a load corresponding to a peak value of output values are calculated based on the measuring results and a larger load than the calculated load is applied to the object 3 to deform the object 3 and then the object 3 is returned to have the deformation amount corresponding to the peak value by applying a load in the reverse direction.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately and easily search the position of a light emitting point by obtaining a laser light emitting position where an optically induced voltage becomes maximum, and then obtaining a laser light emitting position where the optically induced current becomes maximum at the position and in the vicinity. CONSTITUTION:A lens 203, a finely moving stage 210, etc., are so finely adjusted as to radiate the light emitting face of a laser diode 204 with a laser light 202 in a microscopes or a TV camera. In this case, it is so finely adjusted as to irradiate the specific region on the light emitting face. This is because the accurate light emitting point of the laser diode is difficult to be visually detected but an alignment of certain degree by the profile of a chip can be performed. Thereafter, the stage 210 is so operated as to irradiate the position where its voltage becomes maximum with the light 202 while monitoring the optically induced electromotive force detected by a voltage/current detector 211, and the stage 210 is further so operated as to irradiate the position where the optically induced current becomes maximum with the light 202. Thus, the position of the light emitting point can be accurately searched.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to fit axial parts in a hole provided on a substance by giving only insertion force through lowering a guide jig, by providing the inserting guide jig provided with a controlling hole which holds the axial parts and controls a posture of a cylindrical component. CONSTITUTION:As for a substance 1, a hole 2 is provided precisely to a knock pin hole 4, whose entrance is chamfered 3. This device is for fitting axial parts 11, which is an object, in the hole 2, an inserting jig 14 is connected with a piston rod of a cylinder, guide pins 18 whose tips are sharpened are set up on both ends of a lower end of the jig 14 and a control hole 19, which makes a play fit by keeping a gap on an axial part of the axial parts 11, is provided so as to control a posture of the axial parts 11. A knock pin 8 of a substance grasping table component 5 is fitted in the knock pin hole 4 for positioning and the component 5 is moved to a fitting station for suspension. When the jig 14 is lowered it is positioned by fitting the pins 18 in holes 9, through which the parts 11 are inserted into the hole 2.
