    • PURPOSE:To speed up ion change-over by simultaneously ionizng more than two kinds of gas inside an ion generation means while taking out only those ions having prescribed energy followed by selecting according to the kinds with time sharig and a cycle in order to accelerate them. CONSTITUTION:More than two kinds of gas in accordance with the purposed ions are introduced from a bomb 2 into an ion source 1 for being ionized and drawn out with a drawing-out electrode 5 for being deflected by a parallel plate electrode 6. Then, those ions having prescribed energy are selected through a slit 8 followed by controlling an energy changing means consisting of an energy regulator 9, an analysis magnet 10 and a slit 13 basing on the output of an oscillator 16 for selecting the energy according to its kinds with time sharing and a cycle followed by accelerating with an accelerator 14 for performing ion driving into a target 15. Accordingly, it becomes possible to quickly change-over more than two kinds of ions while to obtain their energy in a variable state.

    • PURPOSE: To easily control the irradiation position and irradiation quantity of an ion beam by coating the reflective surface of a periscope with a fluores cent material and observing an ion beam image and a target image in the same direction at the same time.
      CONSTITUTION: The reflective surface 3 of the periscope 1 is coated with the fluorescent material. This is for not only irradiating the reflective surface 3 with the ion beam 6 and making light 7 from a target 2 incident on an incidence surface 4 so as to monitoring the profile of the ion beam, but also observing the target at the same time. The periscope 1 is arranged in a vacuum tank 10 so that the reflective surface 3 is irradiated with the ion beam 6 at about 45°. Thus, the ion beam image and target images are observed simultaneously on an ocular surface 5 outside the vacuum tank 10. Further, the target 5 itself has no light emitting ability, so it is lighted by a target lighting lamp 9.

    • PURPOSE:To decrease a peak width possible for retrieval and to reduce a search time by inputting the digital measuring value of a supervised amount to an address setting device, and storing the digital measuring value of a manipulated value in a memory designated by a definite address value. CONSTITUTION:The manipulated variable is changed X by X by a manipulated variable change device 2 to a system 1 of control object. The manipulated value and the supervised value are measured by measuring devices 3, 4, and they are converted into digital values by an A/D converter 5. The digital value of the supervised amount is inputted to an address setting device 7 to obtain an address value corresponding to the quantity of the supervised amount. The digital value of the manipulated value is stored in a storage location of a memory 6 having the said address as the address number. After data sampling and storage are finished, the peak value is retrieved by a comparator 8. Thus, the peak width is reduced and the retrieval time is decreased.
