When the observation frequency of a specific region is to be improved, each M observation satellites are arranged on each surface of L surfaces of the solar synchronous regression trajectory L with a nominal trajectory altitude of 561 km and a nominal trajectory inclination of 97.6 deg.. Or, each M observation satellites are arranged on each surface of L surfaces of the solar synchronous regression trajectory with a nominal trajectory altitude of 888.3 km and a nominal trajectory inclination angle of 98.9 deg. to observe a specific region.

摘要： PURPOSE:To set an adequate electromagnetic force and to save electric power in a bubble separator consisting of a hydrophobic membrane, magnets and electrodes by installing gas detectors in passages on the inflow and outflow sides of a gas-liquid multiphase flow. CONSTITUTION:In a bubble separator consisting of a hydrophobic membrane 3, magnets 6, 6' and electrodes 10, 10', gas detectors 14, 14' are installed in an inflow side passage 4 and/or an outflow side passage 5 of a gas-liquid multiphase flow 8. Since bubble contents are detected at the inlet and outlet, current value is controlled, based on the detected value. Thereby an adequate electromagnetic force can be set in the bubble separator to save electric power. Further, bubble generation from the electrodes can be prevented by setting the upper limit of the current value of the bubble separator and controlling the current value so that it may not exceed the upper limit. In addition, a temp. sensor 20 is installed in the multiphase liquid in the gas-liquid separator to measure temp. which is kept within a range of regulated temp. by controlling the current value. Thereby the temp. is the prescribed value or less and the death of biological samples can be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To separate the gaseous phase from the liquid phase stably even in an environment under an influence of minute gravity or under a condition of minute flow rate by generating a magnetic field in a section of a conducting passage of electric current by an effect of electromagnetic force on an electroconductive liquid, and separating an electroconductive flow consisting of a gaseous phase and a liquid phase into a gaseous phase and a liquid phase. CONSTITUTION:Electric current is conducted through a pair of electrodes 11, 12 disposed in a passage of an electroconductive flow consisting of a gaseous phase and a liquid phase, and a magnetic field is generated simultaneously by means of a magnet 17 in the section of the passage where the electric current is conducted. Thus, an electromagnetic force in a direction of a wall of the passage is exerted on the electroconductive liquid utilizing the Fleming's left hand rule, and the electroconductive two phase flow is separated into a gaseous phase and a liquid phase in a gas-liquid separating zone 5. As the result, stable separation of gas from liquid even in an environment under an influence of minute gravity or under a condition of minute flow rate has become possible.

CONSTITUTION:An input image 10, in which an illumination component and the reflecting characteristic of an object are non-uniform, is stored first through an image analyzing processing part 60 to an image file 90. next, for the stored image, a binarizing image to remove the non-conformity by the processing part 60 is calculated, and outputted to a conversational image displaying terminal 70. In this case, a filter to presume the noise of the illumination component, etc. is obtained and after a low frequency component is extracted and removed from the inside of the image by the filter, the image is divided into plural small blocks. A local threshold based on a discriminating analyzing method is calculated for respective blocks, the image is binarized (block threshold value determining processing) and displayed at a displaying terminal 70. Thus, the binarization to remove the influence of the non-uniformity of the illumination and background in the image and the variety of the reflecting characteristic of the object can be executed and the binarizing accuracy can be improved.

The contents of the register 12 are stored in an output data buffer 14. This information includes the presence or absence of a digit overflow as well as the shifting frequency so far.
