The communication apparatus includes a lid which covers openings of the first housing, the second housing, and the coupled part. The electronic components stored in the first housing and the second housing are electrically connected through a cable.

    • PURPOSE: To realize the interactive monitor at a low cost in which efficient recording is attained in the case of a small capacity of a recording medium by increasing the compression rate for information with less importance in image and voice information and decreasing the compression rate for information with higher importance for the recording. CONSTITUTION: When a visitor in the usual state enters an installed location of a transmitter side, a sensor senses it that an image signal change amount of the visitor is less. A CPU gives a command of increasing the compression rate to an image coding section 121 and the section 121 changes the image compression rate according to the command and gives an image frame to a frame length detection section 122. The detection section 122 ranks the importance of the image information according to the length of frames and generates a label. A memory control section 110 superimposes the label to a content of a frame memory and stores the result in a loop memory 111 and the data are transferred to an image memory 112, in which the data are tentatively stored. On the occurrence of emergency, an image signal change amount of the visitor is much, the CPU commands the reduction of the compression rate, and the data are transferred up to the image memory 112 similar to that of the usual state and stored tentatively therein. Then the CPU applies transfer control of monitor information to an opposite party terminal equipment.

CONSTITUTION: A central station equipment 1 is installed to a central station and a terminal station equipment 3 is installed to a terminal station via an ISDN line 2. A base station equipment 5 in common of functions of the terminal station equipment 3 and the central station equipment 1 and a base point station equipment 4 acting line the terminal station equipment 3 and a simple controller are installed to the system. Furthermore, the system is provided with a movable base point terminal equipment 5 installed at a site and connected to the ISDN line 2 and with a radio moving terminal equipment 6 communicating information with a radio channel 7. Through the constitution above, the system acts like a general public guide service system and also executes supervision on the occurrence of emergency and the configuration of the system is changed depending on the situation. That is, the system is effective as the interactive monitor system for fire-fighting, police, post office and power station or the like requiring to obtain more detailed information and to take a quick and proper instruction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect gas in a real time in a plurality of measuring points, to transmit a measured data in a real time, and to monitor and control centralizingly the measured data in the plurality of measuring points.
      SOLUTION: The gases from the plurality of measuring points 10, 20, 30 in a remote site are transferred to detectors by gas detectors 110, 120, a piping switching device 130 and a distributor 140 in an APCI-MS (atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometer), and the gasses are detected in the real time. The data obtained in the detectors are transmitted to a communication control computer 103 and a remote monitoring station 150 via a communication line, so as to allow the centralized monitoring and control in the remote site.
