摘要： PURPOSE:To use effectively an image integrating processing apparatus, by, in a control system using the image integrating processing system, silencing quantizing noise and improving image clearness. CONSTITUTION:An image control apparatus 13 controls filter adjustor 14, light image intensifier adjustor 15 and X-ray adjustor 16. Further, when an X-ray penetration image of monitor TV 10 is brightened with halation, X-ray control volage and current is dropped by the adjustor 16. By this, X-ray energy to an X-ray penetration camera 3 is limited to a small value for silencing the quantizing noise. Further, by adjusting filter 6 and light image intensifier 8 by adjustors 14, 15, the clearness of image is improved. Thus, as the quantizing noise can further be silenced, effective use of the image integrating processing apparatus 11 can be achieved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the degree of identification of defect by moving an incident image to a solid-state image pickup element so as to reduce quantized noise and improve the contrast of a picture. CONSTITUTION:When a dynamic picture input 18 is obtained by moving a fluoroscopic picture input 17 displayed on a picture element 16 of a solid-state image pickup element 12, a large current flows just after the movement and a dynamic picture input 18 is emphasized, the contrast of the picture is increased and the degree of identification of defect is improved. Further, in moving the incident image to the solid-state image pickup element 12, the quantized noise generated at random is averaged and a quantized noise spike at random is eliminated in the dynamic picture input 18 so as to improve the contrast of picture.

摘要： PURPOSE:To estimate a stress corrosive cracks sensitivity added with an increased quantity of the maximum activated current density due to an expected distortion by a method wherein an influence due to an expected distortion is corrected for the sharpened sensitivity of stainless steel measured by means of an electrochemical technique, thus, a sensitivity is estimated. CONSTITUTION:In an electrolytic cell 1, an electrolyte 2 wherein a small quantity of potassium thiocyanate is added to a sulfuric acid aqueous solution, is contained and it is poured from an electrolyte pouring inlet 5. A check electrode 3 is communicated with the electrolyte 2 through a connecting tube 6. A sample 4 is polarized in anode from a natural corrosion potential to a passive state potential through a sample pole 13 by means of a potentiostat 11 and it is retained in the passive state potential for a given time and thereafter, it is polarized to a counter direction in a given feeding speed. The current and a potential difference are measured through an ammeter 9 and a potentiometer 10, respectively and the relation thereof is recorded in a recorder 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To evaluate the cracking and fatigue life of the fillet weld zones of a small-diameter piping nondestructively by combining an acoustic emission method and an X-ray diffraction method. CONSTITUTION:When a small-diameter piping 2 is lightly tapped with a hammer 5, the sound pressure waveforms by fatigue cracks are detected by an acoustic emission (AE) sensor 4 disposed near fillet weld zones 3, by which the cracks in not only the beginning end part A but also the preceding end part B of the weld points 3 are detected. On the other hand, the residual stress in the part A is measured with a detecting head 6 of an X-ray stress measuring device provided in the piping 2 and the half-amplitude level (b) of a diffracted X-ray intensity curve 9 is measured. The fatigue life of the weld zones 3 is evaculated by a master curve 10. The cracking and fatigue life of the fillet weld zones of the small-diameter piping are evaluated nondestructively and satisfactorily by the comination of the above-mentioned AE method and the X-ray diffraction method.
