    • PURPOSE:To position a magnetic head to a head base highly precisely and in addition, in a short time, and to stick it by the pressing force of a constant value by detecting and adjusting a target position at which the magnetic head is to be stuck, the set position of the magnetic head, and the pressing force. CONSTITUTION:At a stage that the head base 2 and magnetic heads 1, 1' are positioned and set, the target position at which the magnetic heads 1, 1' are to be stuck and the set position of the magnetic heads 1, 1' are detected, and the correction quantity of the magnetic heads 1, 1' to the target position is measured. Then, they are positioned on the basis of the correction quantity. Accordingly, the magnetic heads 1, 1' can be positioned to the head base 2 highly precisely and in a short time. Further, the pressing force is detected, and the magnetic heads 1, 1' are stuck to the head base 2 while this pressing force being held so as to be the constant value. Accordingly, the dispersion of the finished size of the magnetic head can be absorbed, and the magnetic head can be stuck under constant sticking pressure.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve a handy detection of poor insertion without damaging a part to be detected, by using a contact pin with a flat tip in stead of direct contact of lead of an electronic component or providing a post for preventing pressurization by the dead weight of a contact pin. CONSTITUTION:Contact pins 4a and 4b are formed at position corresponding to leads 2a and 2b of an electronic component 1 as supported with a guide 24. An electrode plate 8, a piezoelectric rubber 9 and an electrode plate 10 are set in contact with the guide 24. The electrode plates 8 and 10 employ a flexible printed circuit board forming electrodes 6 and 11 at positions corresponding to the leads while a post 7 is provided for preventing pressurization by the dead weight of the contact pin 4. When a pressing force is applied to the contact pin 4, the electrode plate 8, the piezoelectric rubber 9 and the electrode plate 10 form a conducting circuit to detect poor insertion. This enables detection of poor insertion without any damage to a part to be detected with a small and handy construction.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately position a magnetic head to the center of rotation of a rotary cylinder even if there is an error in machining by measuring the center position of the bearing part of the rotary cylinder and the inclination of its center axis, and adjusting the position of the magnetic head according to a calculated correcting quantity. CONSTITUTION:Two noncontact displacement gauges 22 are inserted into the bearing part of the rotary cylinder 1 from above and below and the distances between the two displacement gauges 22 and 22 and the bearing part of the rotary cylinder 1 are measured over the entire circumference. Then the inclination of the bearing part center shaft of the rotary cylinder 1 to the rotary center shaft of a rotary mounting table 9 is calculated from variation in distance above and below the bearing part of the rotary cylinder 1, and the magnetic head 2 is shifted in position by the correcting quantity corresponding to the inclination of the shaft, thereby adjusting the magnetic head 2 to an accurate position according to the bearing part of the rotary cylinder 1 even if there is error in the machining as to the bearing part and outward shape of the rotary cylinder 1.

    • PURPOSE:To measure with high accuracy a pin to be measured, extending from a large outside diameter which is allowed in an optical system to be used, to a smaller outside diameter than the diameter of a laser beam spot, by placing a pin having a known outside diameter being larger than the diameter of a laser beam spot, so as to be adjacent to the pin to be measured, in the scanning direction of the laser beam spot. CONSTITUTION:When a known pin 7 whose outside diameter is larger than the diameter of a laser beam spot 8 is placed adjacently to a pin to be measured 6 in the same direction as the scanning direction of a spot 8, the outside diameter dimension which is measured actually is obtained as a value of the sum of the outside diameter dimensions of the pins 7, 6, respectively. In this case, the outside diameter of the pin 7 is set larger than the diameter of the spot 8, therefore, even if the pin 6 has the diameter of any size, the sum of the outside diameters of the pins 7, 6 becomes larger than the diameter of the spot 8, and an obtained measured value becomes a value of high accuracy. Accordingly, by subtracting the outside diameter of the pin 7 from the obtained measured value, the outside diameter dimension of the pin 6 can be obtained with high accuracy.

    • PURPOSE:To attain position detection with high reliability by picking up a head image with a lower magnification from an image, identifying the area by a binary picture, approximating the contour by plural straight lines and detecting a rough position of the head gap from the cross points of the straight lines and picking up only the vicinity with a high magnification. CONSTITUTION:A head of a VTR cylinder 32 is picked up by a TV camera 31 at a low magnification on a base 30, the result is converted into a digital signal and inputted to an auxiliary processing circuit 34. The signal is stored in a memory 39 via an interface I/F 38 and displayed on a monitor 33 via an I/F 41 and an exclusive circuit 40 divides the signal into recognition object, background and noise. The picture processing unit 35 uses a CPU 34, which detects a gap coarse position of the ferrite from an external address of the recognition object obtained from the exclusive circuit 40 of the auxiliary device 34 according to the program memory 44. Then the local pickup with high magnification is applied and processing is applied by a magnified picture to apply accurate positioning. Through the structure above, the recognition object is detected efficiently at a high speed without noise misdetection.

Bills 19 are housed in a bill housing 18, and a bill 19' comes into contact with the cylinder 20 given rotation by a driving mechanism through a hole of the housing 18. The cylinder 20 is rotated, and with going to accord the aperture 21 of the cylinder 20 with the suction chamber 23 of the column 22, the bill 19' in contact with the cylinder 20 is attracted to a circumference of the cylinder 20, and it is carried further to the lower part by rotation of the cylinder 20. Next, with going to accord the aperture 21 of the cylinder 20 with the exhaust chamber 24, the bill 19' so far attracted to the circumference of the cylinder 20 is going to separate from it, and it is delivered to belt conveying devices 25a and 25b.

    • PURPOSE:To straighten a pin with a high accuracy by inserting a straightening tool on which thin plates have been provided in parallel, into electronic parts having many pins in a shape of parallel crosses, and bringing the parts and the thin plates to a relative movement minutely in two vertical directions. CONSTITUTION:As for a straightening tool 1, many thin plates 2 are provided in parallel, and it is provided so that it can move upward and downward through a slider mechanism 6. Also, electronic parts 3 on which many terminal pins have been arranged in a shape of parallel crosses are attached to a rotary table 10 on an X-Y table 11. In this constitution, the tool is inserted between the pins of the parts 3, and thereafter, the pin is straightened by moving minutely the pin in the vertical direction of the thin plate 2. Subsequently, the parts 3 are rotated by 90 deg., and the pin is straightened by executing its minute movement in the same way. Therefore, the pins which have been massedly provided can be straightened with a high position accuracy, and the packaging density of a circuit board can be improved.
