摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep sealing between tip seals and grooves for the tip seals for a long time in a scroll vacuum pump adopting the tip seals. SOLUTION: A sectional area of each of tip seals 2b, 3b, 4b has such a trapezoidal form that each of lines faced to mirror plates 2c, 3c, 4c is shorter than each of lines faced to front grooves 2d, 3d, 4d of spiral scroll laps. The tip seals 2c, 3c, 4c are so attached as to form angles less than 90 degrees prepared by the line connecting the spiral outer ends of the lines faced to the front grooves 2d, 3d, 4d of the spiral scroll lap to the lines faced to the mirror plates 2c, 3c, 4c, and the lines faced to the grooves 2d, 3d, 4d. At least two unadherable tip seals 2b, 3b, 4b are arranged on the grooves 2d, 3d, 4d on the front of the spiral scroll lap. These means may be adopted together.

And by switching the timer contact from 3b to 3c by a timer 3 after the elapse of a predetermined time, a rated voltage is output to the output connecting part 5, and the air compressor 7 can start normally.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it hard to rust a surface of a crankshaft and to prevent occurrence of fretting corrosion wear producing red rust colored abrasion powder by forming at least the surface of the crankshaft of a corrosion-resistant layer. SOLUTION: Air sucked from a suction port 12 is compressed between spiral laps 3a or 4a of a revolving scroll 2 and becomes the maximum pressure in a region near a crankshaft 5, and accordingly, moisture contained in the air sucked from the suction port 12 becomes thick in density or water droplets by compression. This highly moist air or these droplets are to be discharged from a dischage port 14, but in the case when sealing between fixed scrolls 3, 4 and the revolving scroll 2 is imperfect, leakage of the air occurs in spaces 13 and a space 15 and the highly moist air and the droplets flow in. Consequently, at least a surface of the crankshaft 5 is made a corrosion-resistant layer. Accordingly, it is possible to improve longevity of a bearing 8 life by preventing occurrence of fretting corrosion wear.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the leaking-in of air inside a cylinder due to oil by providing an oil rotary vacuum pump with both the cylinder block surrounding a rotor and a side plate, and by providing an oil flow passage to the contacting surface of the cylinder block and the side plate. CONSTITUTION:When an oil rotary vacuum pump 20 is started, the rotation of a motor 8 is transmitted to an oil pump 11 via a rotor 7 (not shown), and oil is sucked in through the suction port 12 of the oil pump and is discharged from the discharge port 13 of the oil pump, and the oil is supplied to an oil flow passage 4 that surrounds the outer circumference of a cylinder 1a through an oil flow passage inlet 5 and then is returned to an oil reservoir 15a through an oil flow passage outlet. By filling oil in the oil flow passage 4, even if a slight clearance is caused between the end surface of a cylinder block 1 and the surface of a side plate 2, only a very small quantity of oil leaks in the cylinder 1a, and the leaking-in of air into the cylinder 1a can be prevented, and a high vacuum can be maintained. Thus, reliability can be enhanced at low cost.
