    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce uneven heating for foods placed on a reception pan, and further reduce installation area by reducing the depth size of an article. SOLUTION: The objective heating cooker comprises a heating chamber 2 for accommodating a food 1, an upper reception pan 4 installed at an upper portion of a heating chamber 2 for placing a food 1, a lower reception pan 6 installed at a lower portion of the heating chamber, an upper heater 11 provided at an upper portion of the heating chamber 2, and a lower heater 12 provided at a bottom of the heating chamber. In the heating cooler, there are provided a blow-off outlet 9 positioned between the upper reception pan 4 and the lower reception pan 6 and disposed in a rear section wall surface of the heating chamber 2, a suction inlet 8 positioned at a lower portion from the lower reception pan 6 and disposed in the rear section wall surface of the heating chamber 2, a cross flow fan 10b fed into the heating chamber 2 from the blow-off outlet 9 and circulating air in the heating chamber 2, and a hot air circulation apparatus 10 comprising a hot air heater 10d for heating circulated air. There are disposed the cross flow fan 10b outside the rear bottom of the heating chamber 2, the hot air heater 10d at the center of the blow-off outlet 9, and the lower heater 12 on this side from the center on the bottom of the heating chamber 12.

    • PURPOSE: To finish cooking of stuff to be cooked efficiently and excellently irrespective of a position where a square receiver receiving the stuff is placed in a heating chamber, by a construction wherein an outlet of an air straightening plate which can vary the quantity of hot air and the direction of letting out the air is opened and closed in accordance with the detected position of the square receiver in the case when cooking is conducted with two square receivers used at one time. CONSTITUTION: In the case when receiver holders 5 whereon square receivers 3 are placed are provided in two stages in the vertical direction on the left and right side walls 1a and 1b inside a heating chamber 1 and cooking is conducted with two square receivers 3 used at one time, air straightening plates 10 which can vary the quantity of hot air and the direction of letting out the air are provided between a hot air unit and hot air outlets 7a so that they can be opened and closed, while photosensors 6 are provided outside the receiver holders 5 in the upper and lower stages in the heating chamber 1 respectively. The outlets 7a of the air straightening plates 10 are opened and closed in accordance with the positions of the square receivers 3 detected by the photosensors 6. According to this constitution, it can be made unnecessary to select properly the positions of the receiver holders whereon the square receivers are placed, according to a cooking menu.

    • PURPOSE: To ensure highly accurate freezing/heating control by detecting a high frequency output for a predetermined heating time determined at the first time of starting of heating at a plurality of times over which the predetermined heating time elapses, and correcting the high frequency output on the basis of information concerning dielectric loss of foods. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency output of a magnetron 3 determined at the first time of starting of heating is determined at a plurality of predetermined time points after the starting of heating, e.g. at time points after the lapse of 40% of the whole predetermined heating time, after the lapse of 60%, and after the lapse of 90% by detecting an electric field intensity in a heating chamber 1 through an electric field intensity sensor 7 each time. Hereby, temperature rise of frozen foods 2 is checked. When it is judged to be needed on the basis of a result of the check to increase and decrease the high frequency output the high frequency output is corrected to an optimum value and the heating is continued. Hereby, the heating operation can be executed on the basis of optimum heating energy and hence highly accurate freezing heating control is ensured.
