    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a training machine equipped with a stationary bicycle, with which a user takes exercise by pushing loaded pedals, that the exercise is dull and the user tends to get bored in the exercise and stop the exercise halfway. SOLUTION: This training machine is for making the exercise which tends to be dull more enjoyable. A user runs a stationary bicycle just like an ordinary training machine. An interface device 2 converts the angle of the handleber of the bicycle from analog signals to digital signals, and the rotational frequency of pedals of the bicycle is counted by a counter. Based on the angle of the handlebar and the rotational frequency of pedals, the position of the bicycle is calculated by a personal computer 3. The calculated position of the bicycle is marked on a map and displayed on a display device 4. Therefore, the user can enjoy the exercise without getting bored, watching the display.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a display distortion and to enable accurate display by inputting X and Y coordinates to display prescribed video in a prescribed bearing, reading out the contents of a memory in which coordinate values to be corrected corresponding to these coordinates are previously stored, converting a scanning position and correcting the video projected on a display screen. SOLUTION: A scanning position generating circuit 1 is composed of a counter for counting a clock with one pixel as a minimum unit and generates lateral and longitudinal pixel positions X1 and Y1 synchronously with the synchronizing signal of video. A scanning position converting memory 2 outputs pixel positions X2 and Y2 corresponding to the input pixel positions X1 and Y1. The memory 2 previously stores conversion data for correction. Concerning the correction data, a value is set so as to output the input X1 and Y1 as they are as initial data first of all and the point of a known watching bearing is displayed through a liquid crystal panel 3 for projection onto a display screen 4.
