摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the position measuring instrument of the underground excavator which never lowers the reliability of measurement even if the light of a light source other than an object to be detected is made incident on a measurement unit in the measurement. SOLUTION: A measurement base point, an intermediate measurement point, and a point to be measured are set in order, and a measurement unit 400 having a common lens 411 which converges diffused lights from front and rear light sources 41 and 42, position detecting elements 412-1 and 412-2 which detect the photodetection positions of the converged lights, a controller 43 which processes their detection results, reflecting prisms 413-1 and 413-2 which transmit the lights to be made incident on the lens and guide the lights converted by the lens to the respective detecting elements, and the light sources 41 and 42 whose lights are directed to the front and rear by the reflecting prisms is provided at each measurement point; and the position of the point to be measured relative to the measurement base point is measured on the basis of the detection results of the measurement units and the distances between the measurement units, the pixel outputting a maximum detection output is selected out of the respective pixels of the position detecting elements, and the photodetection positions of the lights are calculated by the controller 43 according to the detection values of the selected pixel and its peripheral pixels.

SOLUTION: A segment 14 is gripped and lifted up by a conveyor 21 with a lifting device 21b and placed at the place of P2 by a travel device 21a. The conveyor 21 pulls up a conveying frame 21d and is moved backwards for carrying the next piece, and an erector device 2 formed in a freely turning manner assembles a segment piece 14' at the place P1 as the place of the assembly of segments at that time. The erector device 2 is shifted to the place P2 side of the placing of the segments by a driving device 9 for longitudinal movement, a hang beam 10 is lowered to a specified place, the segment 14 is gripped up and fixed to the erector device 2, and the erector device 2 is turned and the segment is assembled. The next segment is placed on the conveyor 21 in parallel with the operation. Accordingly, the segment pieces are carried in without hindering assembly operation, and the assembly time is shortened.

SOLUTION: The segment S of a first piece gripped by a gripping frame 59 is transferred to the upper section of the lower segment of a frontest existing segment ring by a lifing conveyor. The gripping frame 59 is lowered and placed, and the conveyor 51 is retreated to the rear of a tunnel for conveying the segment of a second piece. A gripping frame 33 for an erector 1 is moved, the segment of the first piece is shifted to the fixed place P1 of assembly and transferred to a place, where the segment can be clamped by bolts, and a shield jack 2 is elongated in the backward direction and pushed against the existing segment ring and the segment is clamped by bolts and nuts. Accordingly, since the assembly operation and conveyance operation of the segments are conducted in parallel, the assembly operation of the segment ring is shortened.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance the rigidity of an arm and minimize strains and deformations. CONSTITUTION: In an erector device which clamps a tunnel covering segment 18 brought into a shield excavator with a hanging beam and assembled in the form of a ring, an arm of the erector device consists of a ring arm 5. Equipment, such hydraulic equipment or a control panel 31 is installed outside the tip of the ring arm 5 and at the position opposed to the hanging beam 10. This construction makes it possible to connect the arms on both sides and integrate them in one piece and hence upgrade the rigidity of the arms dramatically. Since both arms are integrated in one piece, manufacturing accuracy is enhanced and moreover, adjustment time is reduced in the manufacture of the device.
