摘要： PURPOSE:To easily and inexpensively form a precise pattern, by cutting the surface decorative resin layer of a laminate having a colored opaque resin layer formed thereto as an intermediate layer to form grooves. CONSTITUTION:A transparent resin 2 is applied to the surface of a mold to which a release agent was applied and a colored resin layer 3 having wood or stone like tone is subsequently formed by a colored resin and a transparent resin is further applied to form a surface decorative resin layer 1. After the surface decorative resin layer was cured, a colored opaque resin 4 is applied thereon to be cured and a reinforcing base material layer 5 is further laminated to form a laminate plate. After the laminate plate was demolded, cutting is applied to the laminate plate at a definite depth reaching the colored opaque resin layer 4 to form a groove 6 and the colored opaque resin layer is exposed to obtain a desired product. Further, if the colored opaque resin layer is constituted of double layers having different colors and the grooves having different cut depths are formed, a varied color phase is obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture, the working man-hours of which is small, which is performed easily and which impairs no aesthetic feeling, by a method wherein a resin reinforcing layer containing glass fibers is laminated onto a patterned surface resin. CONSTITUTION:First, a lump of uncured surface resin 3 is placed at one end of the surface of a mold 1, onto which releasing agent 2 has uniformly been coated with a spray gun. Secondly, the end side of the surface with pattern 4 thereonto of a transfer film 6 is pressed against the lump-like surface resin 3 is uniformly stretched to the thickness of about 200mum by pressing the transfer film from one end side of the surface of the mold 1 with a roller 8 and at the same time the transfer film is laid on top of the surface resin 3. Thirdly, the stretched surface resin 3 is cured and the pattern 4 is transferred to the resin 3 by peeling off a base film 5. Finally, a resin reinforcing layer 10 consisting of a transparent resin layer 9, which serves for giving cubic effect to a product, and a glass fiber filled resin layer 7 is laminated onto the surface resin 3 the pattern 4 transferred thereon. Because the coating of the surface resin, the laying of the transfer film on top of the surface resin and the deaeration of the surface resin can be performed simultaneously as described above, the shortening of working hours and the reduction of manufacturing cost is contrived.

CONSTITUTION:First, a lump of surface resin 3 is placed at one end of the surface of a mold 1. Secondly, the end side of the patterned surface of a transfer film 11 is pressed against the lump-like surface resin 3 and, after that, the lump-like surface resin 3 is uniformly stretched to the thickness of about 200mum by pressing the transfer film 11 from one end side of the surface of the mold 1 with a roller 6 and at the same time the transfer film is laid on top of the surface resin 3. Thirdly, the pattern 4 is transferred to the resin 3 by peeling off a base film 5. Fourthly, a resin opaque layer 7 which consists of a transparent resin layer and a colored opaque resin layer, is laminated to the surface resin 3 with the pattern 4 transferred thereon. A reinforcing sheet 10, one surface of which is a smooth surface, the other surface of which is an anti-smooth surface and which has one and the same constitution as that of the face sheet 9, is bonded back to back by bonding agent to the face sheet 9 in order to obtain a product patterned on both sides. Furthermore, because the transparent resin layer is arranged on the surface resin 3 side in the resin opaque 7, the pattern is seen vividly and at the same time stands out in three dimensions.
