    • PURPOSE:To improve accelerative performance when starting a car by comparatively small increase in the number and weight of parts and to increase braking force when braking the car. CONSTITUTION:A variable capacity type hydraulic pump 14 free to change discharge of oil 15 is driven by an engine 11, and a hydraulic motor 19 connected to a discharge port 14d of the pump 14 through a main line 18 drives a supercharger 21 for suction air compression of the engine 11. Hydraulic equipment 23 is connected through a branching pipe line 22 branched from the main line 18, and a control valve 24 provided at the branching point of the main line 18 and the branching pipe line 22 adjusts oil amounts supplied to a motor and the hydraulic equipment 23 respectively. A controller 31 controls the pump and the valve so that oil discharged from the pump is supplied to the motor when the starting time of a car is detected in accordance with detection output of a sensor 29 to detect the driving state of the car and so that the oil discharged from the pump is supplied to the hydraulic equipment when the decelerating time of the car is detected.

    • PURPOSE:To selection-control the operation and inoperative states of a supercharger by arranging an electromagnetic selector valve midway in a hydraulic circuit for driving the internal gear of a hydraulic motor and turning the rotor of the supercharger by the internal gear. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic motor 6 is constituted by installing a pair of internal gears 4 and 5 meshed each other, directly connected with a pair of rotors 2 and 3 of a supercharger 1. The oil supplied from an oil pan 7 is supplied into the hydraulic motor 6 through a hydraulic circuit 9 by a hydraulic pump 8. Further, an electromagnetic selector valve 11 which is opening/closing- controlled by a computer 10 is arranged midway in the hydraulic circuit 9. Further, a return passage 12 which is selected by an electromagnetic selector valve 11 and a conduit 13 on the downstream side of the hydraulic motor 6 are allowed to communicate through the oil pan 7. While, the discharge side of the supercharger 11 is allowed to communicate to the air feeding passage 15 of an engine 14. Therefore, the operation and inoperative states of the supercharger 1 can be selected in simple manners.

    • PURPOSE:To improve intake efficiency and obtain an exhaust brake effect by dividing an intake manifold into three portions in an axial direction for the formation of a large volume chamber, a small volume chamber and a rotary valve chamber, changing over optionally the large volume chamber to the small volume chamber or vice versa toward a manifold pipe via a rotary valve and changing intake air volume depending upon an engine operation condition. CONSTITUTION:An intake manifold 1 is divided into three portions in an axial direction, thereby forming a large volume chamber 14, a small volume chamber 15 and a rotary valve chamber 13. When an engine is running at slow speed, a lever 17a is moved to turn a rotary valve 17, thereby making the large volume chamber 14 continuous to a hole 17b and a hole 17d to a manifold pipe 12 for increasing the volume of an intake system. At the time of high engine speed, the small volume chamber 15 and the hole 17d are made continuous respectively to the hole 17c and the manifold pipe 12 for reducing the volume of the intake system. When an exhaust brake is used, the hole 17d is so positioned as to be open to both of the small volume chamber 15 and the manifold pipe 12, thereby throttling intake and assisting an exhaust brake effect.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a thermal influence to be avoided, by turning a control flap by an actuator through a linear-motion/rotary-motion converting means, in the case of a swirl controller providing the swirl controlling control flap in an intake port. CONSTITUTION:An intake port 2 is formed in a cylinder head 1 and opened and closed by an intake valve 4, and a swirl controller provides a control flap 6 to be arranged in the half way of the intake port 2. The controller, securing said flap 6 to the point end part of a control shaft 8 and extensively providing the shaft 8 penetrating through the cylinder head 1 in a cylinder 7, engages the shaft 8 with a slider 10 through a parallel spline 9. The controller, engaging a peripheral side of the slider 10 with the internal peripheral surface of the cylinder 7 through a helical spline 11, urges upward the slider 10 by a spring 12. And when delivery oil of an oil hydraulic pump 15 is applied acting on the slider 10 through a solenoid valve 14, the control shaft 8, that is, the flap 6 is turned in accordance with the lowering action of the slider 10.

A communication time transmitting means transmits allocated communication time to the ship terminal device 1 of a ship by allocating the communication time of the ship by a GPS output taking-in means to take in time information contained in output of a GPS 4 and a communication time allocating means when it is engine starting information by judging whether or not the information is the engine starting information when an information receiving means of the monitoring station device 2 receives information from the ship terminal device 1 in a specific time through a communication means.
