The X-ray source 1 generates radiation with high luminance and high spatial interference, and an X-ray radiation field according to the size of an object 40 is formed by the X-ray optical system 3. The distance between an image recording medium 50 and an object fixing part 43 such as an acrylic plate is set according to the interference degree of an X-ray. After the photographing region of the object abuts on the object fixing part to be fixed, an X-ray is radiated for photographing.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce X-ray exposure more by providing a shutter mechanism for passing X-ray only for a fixed time every fixed period and a detecting mechanism capable of confirming the passing state of X-ray, and emitting a trigger signal synchronous with the passing. SOLUTION: An Z-ray irradiation device 8 rotates an X-ray transmitting hole 20 at a prescribed speed to pass Xray for a fixed time every fixed period. A rotating drum 21 having the X-ray transmitting hole 20 vertical to the rotating axis is journalled to a bearing 23 fixed onto a base 22, and rotated by a drum rotating motor 24. An emitted light 7 straightly advances and reaches a spectroscope when the X-ray transmitting hole 20 is coincident with the optical path of the emitted light 7 including X-ray, and it is shielded to prevent a patient from being exposed to X-ray when the X-ray transmitting hole 20 is shifted from the optical path. The X-ray passing timing is detected by three detectors differed in principle of an optical sensor (a light emitting element 29, a light receiving element 30), a proximity sensor 31, and an encoder 32, and processed by a signal processing device. Thus, even if any one of these detectors fails, the device is never laid in inoperable state.
