摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel constructing method which can be executed easily in a short construction period, and therefore is economical. SOLUTION: According to the tunnel constructing method, pipe members 31 are propelled in a tunnel excavating direction at a location above tunnel constructing ground 1 to construct an upper protective pipe roof 3, and pipe members 41 are propelled below the pipe members located at both ends of the upper protective pipe roof to construct side wall protective pipe roofs 4, followed by excavating a guide drift 6 at a location below the tunnel constructing ground in the tunnel excavating direction. Then, outside a starting shaft of the tunnel constructing ground, a frame member 8 is attached to a rear end of an external structure in a manner upward protruding from the external structure, and the frame member and fixed points 91, 92 on the side of an arrival shaft are connected together by tendons 71, 72 inserted into the upper protective pipe roof and the guide drift, respectively, followed by operating jacks 73 attached to ends of the tendons, to thereby tow the external structure to the tunnel constructing ground.

According to the constitution, increased reaction force is obtained without providing a reaction force temporary wall, so that a coffer towed body is lengthened, and a structure crossing under a line can be economically constructed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite cured pile having a strong vertical support force and high resistance against horizontal stress such as bending stress or shearing stress and further to provide an economical and efficient construction method of the above composite cured pile having a high strength. SOLUTION: Insitu ground soil and a liquid hardener are agitated/mixed insitu in the ground 13 to construct the hardened pile 12 reinforced by a cylindrical steel member 8. The hardened pile 12 is constituted of a double structure of the central section 11 and an outer peripheral part 9a partitioned by a cylindrical steel member 8. The central section 11 contains much hardener than the outer peripheral part 9a. When a rotary shaft is rotated to penetrate into the hardened pile 12, the liquid hardener is ejected as a high pressure jet stream and the cylindrical steel member is simultaneously advanced into the ground to erect the cylindrical member in the construction process of the hardened pile. Subsequently, when the rotary shaft is drawn up while rotating it, the liquid hardener is ejected again within the enclosure of the cylindrical steel member to increase the hardener to construct the central part.
