摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance and control by arranging many light emitting elements vertically and horizontally on a substrate and fitting the lower end of a cylinder arranged with this substrate to face a light outgoing window to the socket of an existing railroad crossing trouble reporting device stanchion. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 3 arranged with light emitting diodes LED as red light emitting elements vertically and horizontally is provided vertically in a cylindrical tube 2 made of a transparent raw material such as polycarbonate resin of a luminescent signal device, the upper end is covered with a cap 4, and a plug 5 electrically connected to the light emitting elements LED is fixed at the lower end. This plug 5 is inserted into the socket of an existing signal flame tube fitting stanchion, and the circuit for the signal frame tube is utilized as it is. The control circuit of this luminescent signal device has a drive circuit feeding the intermittent current to LEDs, an input circuit switching and controlling the excitation of the drive circuit, and a monitor circuit monitoring the circuit abnormality of the luminescent signal device and reporting it to a railroad crossing safety post. The maintenance and control can be easily performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain luminosity several times those of conventional colorlight signals while preventing false signals from appearing due to reflection of sunlight by installing a reflecting plate on the back side of a signal lamp, and also providing a liquid crystal panel in such a manner as covering the outer surface of color glass, the liquid crystal panel having the property of being changed from opaque to transparent state at the application of a voltage. CONSTITUTION:In a railway colorlight signal equipped with a socket 3 having a signal lamp 2 detachably mounted in a lighting fitting main body 1 and color glass 4 attached to the opening of the lighting fitting main body 1, a reflecting plate 5 is installed behind the signal lamp 2 and also a liquid crystal panel 6 is mounted on the front side of the color glass 4 and the front of the panel 6 is covered with transparent glass 7. As the liquid crystal panel 6, such one is used which is usually opaque like ground glass because of irregularly arranged liquid crystal molecules in a capsule which form a liquid crystal sheet 5a but which becomes transparent as the liquid crystal molecules are aligned in one direction at the application of a voltage between conductive films 8, 8. Electricity is transmitted to the liquid crystal panel 6 simultaneously with lighting of the signal lamp 2 and signals are produced by coloring of the color glass 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease an erroneous detection by outputting a correction clock to a first AND circuit, when a detection output of a detection existence deciding part is OFF, and outputting a correction clock frequency-divided by a frequency dividing part to a first AND circuit, when the detection output is ON. CONSTITUTION:When a detection output (d) of a detection existence deciding part 7 is OFF, a first AND gate 141 is opened, and a second AND gate 142 is closed, therefore, in a selecting circuit 14, a correction clock cl is inputted to an AND circuit 9 through an OR gate 143. On the other hand, when the output (d) of the deciding part 7 is ON, the gate 141 is closed, and the gate 142 is opened, therefore, a correction clock frequency-divided from a frequency- dividing circuit 13 is given to the circuit 9 by the circuit 14. Accordingly, in the circuit 9, whenever a correction clock of k/N of the clock cl is inputted, a correction frequency (fa) is given to an adding pat 10. Also, when the output (d) is ON, a correcting operation of a decision frequency is delayed by N folds of the time when the output (d) is OFF. Accordingly, when a metal exists, the time until the output (d) becomes OFF is extended, and an erroneous detec tion can be decreased by that portion.

摘要： PURPOSE:To heighten reliability in the protection of a train by providing a crossing obstruction detector with a special signal light emitter, and inhibiting the action of this special signal light emitter at the time of detecting the failure of the device in the obstacle non-detected state, but continuing the action of the special signal light emitter when failure is generated during the detection of an obstacle. CONSTITUTION:In a crossing obstruction detector A, failure detecting circuit 21 is provided to detect the failure of the detector A and a fail-safe microcomputer 20, while a judging circuit 10 is provided to combine the existence condition of obstacle detection with that of failure detection and to output one of two values. A control circuit 11 is also provided to combine the output condition of the judging circuit 10 with the existence condition of obstacle detection and output a control signal for actuating a special signal light emitter B. When an obstacle is detected and a detection relay ER drops in the normal state of the microcomputer 20, or when abnormality is generated at the time of detecting the obstacle and the detection relay ER drops as well as a detection relay FR1 drops, the special signal light emitter B is put into action.
