    • PURPOSE:To aim at the stability of working properties and an improvement in ovation efficiency by turning a unit body and a lock plate installed in the lower part of a reaction receiving beam round right and left and then performing their locking or the release otherwise. CONSTITUTION:At the time of self-upping, frictional resistance lying between an upper lock plate 16 and a C charnel 11 is released by way of elongating a support jack 15 to sane extent, while the upper lock plate 16 is rotated counterclockwise by dint of hydraulic pressure, and the C channel 11 is fitted in a notch 18 of its inner circumferential part, whereby a unit body 13 and the lock plate 16 are made into a state of being insertable. Again, the jack 15 is elongated up to a stroke end, making the unit body 13 and the lock plate 16 go upward. In succession, the lock plate 16 is rotated closkwise and mounted on the C channel 11 and locked tight. Next, the jack 15 is contracted and a reaction receiving beam 14 and a lower lock plate 17 are made to go up like the body 12 as locking them by means of ascent and rotation in combination. With a process like this repeated, the jack 15 can be upped to the extent of its desired height.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper which facilitates the arrangement work of a buffer material and the inspection and maintenance works and which does not require to arrange the buffer material on the whole inner wall faces of a hollow part or a hollow structure and further, which has a specified vibration- resistant and absorptive capacity and which is lighter than conventional dampers. SOLUTION: This vibration control chain damper is suspended in the inside of a hollow part of a building or in the inside of a hollow structure to attenuate the vibration of the building. A buffer material 10 is extended at the outer periphery in the axial direction of the chain 14 without sticking a buffer material in the hollow part of a structure or on the inner wall of a hollow structure. The buffer material 10 is constituted of the exterior layer 13 arranged opposite to the hollow part or the inner wall of the hollow structure, the interior layer 11 arranged opposite to the chain, and the intermediate layer 12 arranged between the exterior and interior layers. And further, an air bubble member layer in which a plurality of independent air bubbles are mixed, is contained in the intermediate layer.

    • PURPOSE:To apply lifting-up construction for a general building regardless of the plane, scale, and construction of a building. CONSTITUTION:A temporary roof 6 is formed by surrounding structural frames 3 on a top floor for composing the roof section of a building, to be assembled on a temporary scaffolding. After that, jacks for lifting up the temporary roof 6 to be timbered are arranged on the internal sides and external sides of the respective corner sections of the core sections 2 of the building. The temporary roof 6 is alternately lifted up by the studs 2 of the internal side jacks and the studs 5 of the external side jacks, and structural frames 7 on a following floor are constructed in a space between the temporary roof 6 and following lower structural frames 1. By setting the core sections 2 at a plurality of positions and building them up in a same manner, lifting-up construction can be applied, also for a building having an indefinite plane and a large-scale building.

Through-holes for passing fixing bolts 22 are formed to the column-surface fixing plates 12a, 12b respectively, through-holes for oppositely disposing levelling plates 13a, 13b and penetrating horizontal-place fixing bolts 20 are formed to these levelling plates 13a, 13b respectively, and tapped holes for screwing levelling bolts 21 are shaped onto the levelling plates 13a, 13b of the upper erecting jig 11a.
