    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make small-sized a tiltable antenna for vehicle, suitable for a private car by making the structure simple by decreasing the number of components as much as possible.
      SOLUTION: Disclosed is a tiltable roof-mounted antenna 10 equipped with an antenna base 11, a turning part 12, and an antenna mast 13, and the turning part 12 has a turning body part 21 which is fitted to the antenna base 11 and has a couple of pivot plates 21b and 21c formed, a turning drum part 23 which supports the antenna mast 13 between the pivot plates, and a joint part 24 which has a shaft part 24b formed at the center position of the turning drum part 23 together with the other shaft part 24a inserted into a shaft hole of the pivot plate 21b and a clock projection part. Further, this tiltable roof-mounted antenna 10 has a click plate 25 which is inserted between the turning drum part 24 and pivot plate 21c and has a shaft hole where the shaft part 24b of the joint part 24 is inserted and a click recessed part formed corresponding to the click projection part, a wave washer 26 which is pressed in between the click plate 25 and pivot plate 21c and presses the turning drum part 23 and joint part 24 against the pivot plate 21b, and a cover part 27 which covers the upper part of the turning body part 21.

      SOLUTION: In a foldable roof-mounted antenna 10 comprising an antenna base 11, a turning unit 12 and an antenna mast 13, the turning unit 12 includes: a turning body portion 21 which is mounted on the antenna base 11 and formed with a pair of pivotal plates 21b, 21c; a turning drum portion 23 which supports the antenna mast 13 between the pivot plates; a joint portion 24 formed with one shaft part 24a inserted into a shaft hole on the pivotal plate 21b and another shaft part 24b together with a click projection; a click plate 25 which is inserted between the turning drum portion and the pivotal plate 21c and formed with the shaft hole for inserting the shaft part 24b of the joint portion 24 thereto and a click recess corresponding to said click projection; a wave washer 26 which is pressed in between the click plate 25 and the pivotal plate 21c and presses the turning drum portion 23 and the joint portion 24 onto the pivot plate 21b through the click plate 25; and a cover portion 27 which covers the upper part of the turning body portion 21.

      SOLUTION: The roof mount antenna comprises a joint assembly 33 which is provided at a lower end of an antenna rod and forms a circular-arch-shaped notch 332 and a convex portion 331, a pair of shaft supporting portions 32a and 32b which form a circular hole 321, a terminal part 322, and a circular-arch-shaped notch 323 to support the joint assembly rotating, a torsion spring 35 which is inserted into the joint assembly 33 existing between the shaft supporting portions 32a and 32b by the circular hole 321 and whose other end 35b is inserted into the notch 323 and whose one end 35a is locked to the joint assembly 33, a click cylinder 37 which is inserted into the spring and forms a circular-arc-shaped notch 372 to be inserted by the one end 35a of the spring 35, a coil spring 38 which is inserted into the cylinder 37, and a bolt39 and a nut 41 which penetrate and screw-fit them and adjust a click feeling by tightening them.

      SOLUTION: This structure comprises a connection cord 12 supplying power to the film antenna and transmitting a signal received by the antenna, a connection piece 15 installed to the tip of the connection cord 12, and a flexible insulating resin. The structure has: a mold member 17 integrally molded with both a laminated bottom stacked to a power supply terminal pattern of the film antenna and a cord hold part of a multistage ring member having proper intervals holding the end of the connection cord 12 along the bottom, wherein a part of the terminal piece 15 installed to the connection cord 12 tip is led out toward the power terminal pattern of the film antenna; and a double-sided adhesive tape sticking the bottom of the mold member 17 to the power supply terminal pattern of the film antenna and connecting the connection piece 15 led out from the bottom to the power supply terminal pattern.
