    • PURPOSE:To decrease a thermal capacity and to drastically shorten warming-up time by using a seamless belt heater consisting of an org. high-polymer material as a heating section. CONSTITUTION:The heating section A has the seamless belt heater 4 consisting of the org. high-polymer material (more preferably polyimide resin) contg. conductive fillers, an energizing roll 5 for driving the seamless belt heater 4 and supplying current to the seamless belt heater 4 and a tension roll 6. On the other hand, a compressing section B has a press roll 3 which comes into contact with the energizing roll 5 via the seamless belt heater 4 and holds and presses paper 2 transferred with toners 1. The seamless belt heater 4 is preferably a film consisting of the conductive polyimide resin having >=200 deg.C heat resistance, small thermal shrinkage at 200 deg.C (more preferably =1000kg/cm tensile strength.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless tubular film especially improved in thickness accuracy in its lateral direction and inorganic additive dispersibility and having still more excellent characteristics, and a use method thereof. SOLUTION: The endless tubular film is formed by molding a polymer liquid A, to which no inorganic additive is added, into an endless tubular shape in a rotating molding drum under a condition represented by expression:2.5>=(specific gravity of polymer liquid A)×ω2×r/Va (wherein, Va is the viscosity of the polymer liquid A, r is the inner radius of the molding drum and ω is the angular velocity of the molding drum) and drying the molded tubular film under heating. The endless tubular film is formed by molding a polymer liquid B, to which an inorganic additive is added, in the same way under a condition represented by expression:2.5>=(true specific gravity of inorganic additive)×ω2×r/Vb (wherein, Vb is the viscosity of the polymer liquid B, r is the inner radius of the molding drum and ω is the angular velocity of the molding drum) and drying the molded tubular film under heating. A polyimide endless tubular film containing a conductor CB is used as an intermediate transfer belt of a color copier.
